For the past 3 years, I've lived and breathed my series, Unfinished Business, in the hope of showing the world in real time how I've become who I am today, and who I will become tomorrow. Most successful people tell their story once they've already made it. They write a book, do a podcast, or sit down for an interview and talk about what happened. I wanted to do something different. I wanted to document the journey as it happens. The wins, the losses, the pressure, the setbacks, the people, the decisions, and everything that comes with building and scaling businesses. Unfinished Business follows my journey from millionaire to billionaire, giving people a front-row seat to what it really takes to build something extraordinary. If you're interested in business, entrepreneurship, leadership, personal development, or simply seeing what goes on behind the scenes of building companies, I'd love for you to join me on the journey! https://bit.ly/unfinshedbusinessseries

If you want to grow the Sales in your business this episode is a must watch! Early risers this is for you https://youtu.be/BHB3qZPR-PE?is=DaSV9xsXEN0YDRv2

I left my business for a week and everything went to chaos… For the first time in years, I handed over the reins to our Sales Director, Christopher, and stepped away from the day to day operation to see what would happen without me. What should have been a normal week quickly turned into chaos. A major leak broke through the ceilings and a brand new signage installation became a complete nightmare. Find out what went down on the latest episode of Unfinished Business out now on the Joseph Valente YouTube channel.

I talk a lot about hard work because it’s one of the most important ingredients for success in business and life. When I was building my businesses, 100-hour weeks weren’t unusual and If you’re passionate about what you’re building, that’s not sacrifice it’s part of the journey. But when I talk about hard work, some people assume that means I don’t believe in working smart and that’s not true. I am all about working smart and working smart is all about leverage. It’s 100% about building systems, it’s about hiring great people, It’s about multiplying time through technology, automation, structure, and leadership. As you scale, you can’t do everything yourself, you need people working hard, you need systems that can withstand pressure, you need infrastructure that allows the business to grow without everything depending on you. There’s no point working smart if you’re not willing to work hard and there’s no point working hard if you’re not learning how to work smart. What do you think?

All the years of hard work starting to pay off… Don’t forget to follow along the journey on the Joseph Valente YouTube channel!

Most people see the business today. Very few saw the beginning. Nearly 3 years ago, Unfinished Business started documenting my journey and the reality of building a company with just 5 employees at the time. Today, we're approaching 100 team members and nearly £30 million in annual revenue, but the mission hasn't changed. Build a £1 billion business and document every step along the way. This week's episode goes back to where it all began. The early days, the challenges, the wins, the setbacks, and the moments that shaped the company into what it is today. If you've ever wondered how this journey started, this is the episode for you. Enjoy 🎬 https://youtu.be/l4rmvBSYBhY?si=KCrDVJ2bVd1uTHmF

This week’s episode of Unfinished Business is a little different. Over the last few months, thousands of new subscribers have joined the channel, and it got us thinking… How many people actually know where this journey started? Almost 3 years ago, Unfinished Business began with documenting Trade Mastermind's growth and team of just 5 people, doing a couple of million pounds a year. Today, we’re approaching 100 people and nearly £30 million in annual revenue. So for this week’s special episode, we’ve gone back to the very beginning. We’ve pulled together some of the most important moments from the archive to tell the story of how we got from a small team with a big vision to where we are today. If you’re new here, this is the perfect place to start. If you’ve been here from the beginning, you’ll probably spot a few moments you’ve forgotten. Enjoy the episode. https://youtu.be/l4rmvBSYBhY
