While these decisions are being appealed, some administration officials have already spoken publicly about the possible impropriety of the judicial branch interfering in the affairs of the executive branch. This post appeared online hours after Musk said the judge who ruled against DOGE should be impeached, "A corrupt judge is protecting corruption. He should be impeached IMMEDIATELY!".
