Bitrix24 boards are a shared workspace.
Your team can gather ideas, review layouts, plan presentations, and visualize processes — all without switching to third-party tools.
All changes are saved automatically.
Participants see updates in real time and can leave comments directly on the board.
Team members must have access to the board. The board owner and employees with full access can manage permissions — this can only be done in the Bitrix24 desktop version.
In the Bitrix24 mobile app, you can work with the board just as you would on desktop.
The top and bottom of the board contain tools for managing the board. For example, you can rename it, download it, or customize its appearance.
To organize collaboration, use the timer, colleague cursor visibility settings, and other options.

| 12 | Use Chats In Open Channels
In an Open Channel, you can reply to clients and use built-in chat tools.
You can add colleagues to a conversation, send files and CRM forms, find messages quickly, and more. This helps you solve issues faster and keeps important information from getting lost.
When a client sends a message, you will get a notification in Bitrix24. To start a conversation, go to Messenger > Contact Center > Pending.
The message field includes tools that help you work faster. You can send files, add colleagues, and start a hidden chat with them.
At the top of the chat window, you can manage the conversation. You can invite a colleague, search for a message, transfer the conversation, or end it when the issue is resolved.
The chat sidebar shows key information, such as the chat name, participants, files, and more. Click the sidebar icon to open it.
Each message has an action menu. Click the three dots (...) to open it. You can forward or pin a message, or save it as a quick reply.

Mailbox settings in the Bitrix24 mobile app allow you to set up CRM integration, outgoing email, employee access, and Calendar sync.
- Open Menu > Email.
- Tap three dots (...) in the top-right corner.

| 16 | Login History In The Bitrix24 Mobile App📱
If you think someone signed in to your account from another device, use Login history to check.
It shows all devices and IP addresses used to sign in to Bitrix24, so you can spot suspicious activity in time.
Each time you open the mobile app, it counts as a login. This is true even if the app remembers you and does not ask for your password.
To view Login history, go to Menu > Security.
In the Log in section, select Login history.
The list shows:
- Device type
- Operating system
- Browser
- City
- IP address
- Date
If you see suspicious activity in your account, sign out of Bitrix24 on all devices except the current one. Then change your password and turn on two-factor authentication to protect your account.
