Use Chats In Open Channels In an Open Channel, you can reply to clients and use built-in chat tools. You can add colleagues to a conversation, send files and CRM forms, find messages quickly, and more. This helps you solve issues faster and keeps important information from getting lost. When a client sends a message, you will get a notification in Bitrix24. To start a conversation, go to Messenger > Contact Center > Pending. The message field includes tools that help you work faster. You can send files, add colleagues, and start a hidden chat with them. At the top of the chat window, you can manage the conversation. You can invite a colleague, search for a message, transfer the conversation, or end it when the issue is resolved. The chat sidebar shows key information, such as the chat name, participants, files, and more. Click the sidebar icon to open it. Each message has an action menu. Login History In The Bitrix24 Mobile App📱 If you think someone signed in to your account from another device, use Login history to check. It shows all devices and IP addresses used to sign in to Bitrix24, so you can spot suspicious activity in time. Each time you open the mobile app, it counts as a login. This is true even if the app remembers you and does not ask for your password. To view Login history, go to Menu > Security. In the Log in section, select Login history. The list shows: - Device type - Operating system - Browser - City - IP address - Date If you see suspicious activity in your account, sign out of Bitrix24 on all devices except the current one. This person receives system notifications like plan renewal, news, and webinar invitations. The primary administrator has the same permissions as other administrators, but only the main one can confirm the transfer of rights or their own dismissal. The process of transferring rights and dismissing the primary administrator is the same. The difference is that after dismissal, they will no longer be able to access your Bitrix24 account. To obtain the primary administrator rights, send them a request. Only another administrator can do this. Go to the primary administrator’s profile and click Administrator > Revoke administrator permissions. The primary administrator will receive a message from the Admin Bot requesting the transfer of rights and information about the employee who sent the request. They can agree or refuse to transfer rights. The number of administrators depends on your plan. You can only change the primary administrator on commercial plans.
