| 2 | The Greek philosopher Plutarch of Chaeronea believed that:
“The mind is not a vessel to be filled, but a fire to be kindled.”
Gillian is a seven-year-old girl who simply cannot sit still at school. She constantly gets up, becomes distracted, drifts away in thought and struggles to pay attention during lessons.
Her teachers are concerned. They punish her, reprimand her, and sometimes reward her when she manages to concentrate, but nothing seems to work. Gillian simply cannot sit still.
When she comes home, her mother also scolds and punishes her. So Gillian not only receives poor grades and criticism at school, but experiences the same frustration at home.
One day, Gillian’s mother is called to the school. Expecting bad news, she takes her daughter by the hand and enters the room where the meeting is to take place.
The teachers explain that Gillian’s behaviour may be caused by an illness or some kind of disorder. Perhaps she is hyperactive. Perhaps she needs treatment.
During the meeting, another teacher who knows Gillian joins them. He asks the adults — her mother and his colleagues — to follow him into the room next door, from where they can still see the girl.
Before leaving, he tells Gillian that they will be back soon and turns on an old radio playing music.
The moment Gillian is left alone, she gets to her feet and begins to move. She dances around the room, completely absorbed in the music, feeling it with her whole body.
The teacher smiles as the others watch, puzzled and surprised.
Then he says:
“Do you see? Gillian isn’t ill. Gillian is a dancer.”
He advises her mother to take her to dance classes and suggests that the teachers allow her to move and dance from time to time.
Gillian goes to her first dance lesson. When she comes home, she tells her mother:
“Everyone there is like me. No one can sit still!”
Years later, Gillian Lynne became an internationally acclaimed dancer and choreographer. After her dancing career and the opening of her own dance school, she went on to choreograph some of the world’s most famous musicals, including Cats in 1981.
One can only hope that every child who is considered “different” will meet adults who are able to see who they truly are — rather than seeing only what they supposedly lack.
Long live diversity, the little “black sheep,” the restless ones and the misunderstood.
Very often, they are the ones who bring something extraordinary and beautiful into this world.
— Sir Ken Robinson

| 5 | Humans have grown accustomed to seeing themselves as masters of nature, yet sometimes all it takes is watching a tiny ant to bring that sense of superiority back down to earth.
An ant can carry many times its own body weight. In human terms, it would be something like lifting a car. And yet strength is only one part of what makes these tiny creatures so remarkable.
Just watch ants for a while. They need no roads, signs, or maps, yet they create entire networks of trails, navigate obstacles, cooperate, and adapt remarkably quickly to whatever happens around them.
The longer I observe nature, the less convinced I am that humans are its greatest achievement. Perhaps we are simply the species that likes to think so the most.
What if, instead of constantly trying to improve upon nature, we started observing it more carefully? How much could it still teach us?

| 8 | If you’re going to take the chance, take it all the way.
Otherwise, perhaps it’s better not to begin.
If you choose to try, be prepared to follow it wherever it leads.
It may cost you relationships,
love,
family,
work,
and perhaps even your peace of mind.
Still, go all the way.
There may be days when you have almost nothing.
Nights spent cold and alone.
You may face ridicule, rejection, isolation,
or find yourself standing completely on your own.
But solitude can be a gift.
Everything else becomes a test:
a test of your determination,
of your courage,
of how deeply you truly want what you are pursuing.
And if you want it enough,
you will continue despite rejection,
despite the odds,
despite everything telling you to stop.
And what you find there may be greater
than anything you imagined at the beginning.
So if you are going to try,
go all the way.
There is nothing quite like that feeling.
There may come a moment when you stand alone beneath the heavens
and even the darkest nights seem to burn with fire.
Keep going.
Keep going.
Keep going.
All the way.
Until life itself becomes something you can look straight in the face
and laugh with.
Perhaps that is the only fight truly worth fighting.
— Inspired by “Roll the Dice” by Charles Bukowski

| 11 | Yesterday, I shared a few thoughts about angels. About those who don’t always have wings and sometimes appear in our lives in the most unexpected form.
Today, as the weekend begins, I wish each of you exactly that kind of encounter. Someone who appears at just the right moment. A good person by your side, a true friend, a little kindness, a simple gesture that sometimes means more than a thousand words. Or perhaps an angel on four paws who simply stays close.
I wish you peace of mind, good people around you, safe skies above your head, and time for what truly matters. Take a little break from the noise of this world. Go to the forest, spend some time by the water, be with those you love. Do something good for yourself and for someone beside you.
Have a beautiful Friday and a truly wonderful weekend.
And thank you for being here. For your comments, your messages, for sharing the posts, and simply for your presence. All of this makes this channel more than just another place on the internet. There are real people on the other side of the screen. And to me, that is what matters most.🍀❤️

| 13 | This video perfectly illustrates how influential adults are to the developing minds of young children who are learning and experiencing the world THROUGH THEM.
Their actions, as well as carefully crafted words, leave permanent imprints on their minds to shape their futures.
So yes, it matters to us when ideologies that are destructive to our species are forced in schools, and you bet your ass we're going to fight back with every spark of divine spirit we've got! | 548 |

| 16 | The way animals are treated, the millions of missing children around the world, the growing hardships and the countless stones THEY keep placing in our path, the spreading wars, disasters and forces of nature — all of this makes life in this world far from easy.
And yet, when you walk through life with GOD, you find yourself returning again and again to a profound sense of gratitude and joy. Gratitude for being able to move through this life consciously. For being able to feel compassion and trying to help wherever you can. For speaking the truth where lies prevail. And for gradually coming to understand that no matter what happens around us, THEY may make our path more difficult, but they cannot destroy the love we carry in our hearts.
Sometimes, all of this feels like climbing a high mountain. The path is difficult, full of obstacles, and through the thick fog you can barely see what lies ahead.
But somewhere just before the summit, the fog begins to lift.
And suddenly, you look at the world with extraordinary clarity. You are still part of it, still living in the midst of everything that is happening, and yet you see more. As if you have reached a place from which it becomes easier to distinguish what is true from what merely pretends to be true.
These are the moments when, deep within your heart, you feel happiness and gratitude.
Not because the world has suddenly become a better place.
But because, despite everything, you did not allow the world to change who you are.
And then you keep moving forward.
Towards the next mountain…

| 17 | The heroes of our modern times are all those who keep their gaze clear and proud, and their hearts pure and alive, despite facing lies, arrogance, abuse of power, opportunism, indecency, and hypocrisy every single day.
They are the only hope for humanity.
Much love to you all. ❤️

| 18 | The Benefits of Singing
“Singing creates vibrations in the body that can enhance our sense of vitality.
While we sing, certain chemicals are released in the brain that help us experience a genuine sense of peace and joy.
Singing improves blood circulation, which has a beneficial effect on the vocal cords, tonsils, and many lymph nodes, significantly supporting local immune function.
The increased blood flow that occurs during singing also stimulates brain activity: memory improves, and important information may become easier to absorb and retain.
Improved circulation to the head can have a revitalizing effect on the body and may also benefit the condition of the skin.
With regular choir singing, levels of immunoglobulin A and hydrocortisone in the body have been observed to increase, which is associated with immune function. For this reason, some experts recommend singing for at least five minutes a day, suggesting that singing can be regarded as a form of exercise.”
Keep singing and stay melodious! 🎶
