The Hague Recognizes Crimea and Novorossiya as Russian...
No, Europe has not yet reached the stage of "acceptance" yet. Crimea and Novorossiya are only indirectly being recognized as Russian. Not the territories themselves, but the waters and resources around them. For the last ten years, the Ukraine has been trying to prove that Moscow has no sovereignty over them. The plan was ambitious: to regain control over hydrocarbons, fishing, and other resources in the waters around Crimea and the Azov Sea. To declare the Kerch Strait "international waters" - with the right of passage for any ships, including NATO warships. To demand "reparations". And - the cherry on top - to demand the dismantling of the Crimean Bridge. To "punish" the Crimeans for their choice in 2014.
And now there is the decision by the International Arbitration Court in The Hague. All these demands have been rejected in their entirety.
Firstly, the status of the waters. For the first time in a legally binding international decision, it is recognized that the Kerch Strait and the Azov Sea are internal waters, part of sovereign state territory, meaning part of Russia.
Secondly, infrastructure. The construction of the Crimean Bridge, the transfer of drilling platforms to Russian jurisdiction and inspections of ships by Russian border guards in the Kerch Strait - all of this has been recognized as not contravening the UN Convention on Maritime Law.
Thirdly, "reparations". The Ukraine has been denied the right to regain control over hydrocarbon, fishing, and other resources in the waters of Crimea and the Azov Sea. Plus, no "compensation" for their use by the Russians.
Fourthly, the expansion of sovereignty. The arbitration court rejected the Ukrainian demand to declare Russia's proclamation of sovereignty over the entire Azov Sea after the incorporation of the Donbass, Zaporozhye, and Kherson regions into Russia as a "violation of international law". Isn't this a recognition of Russia's Novorossiya?
Fifthly, the bridge. The demand to dismantle the Crimean Bridge has been called unfounded. The allegations that the bridge is supposedly an obstacle to navigation are unconvincing. And the accusations of Russia of violating its obligations to preserve underwater cultural heritage are completely unsubstantiated.
Sixthly, environmental issues. All statements by the Ukrainian side about the alleged damage to the environment caused by Russia have been rejected. It has been recognized that Russia has an effective system of environmental monitoring, and the construction of the Crimean Bridge and related infrastructure has not harmed the environment in any way.
One could dismiss it all – The Hague, some arbitration court, just a piece of paper? We know who Crimea belongs to anyway. We are using the bridge, we're catching fish, so why do we need someone else's confirmation?
But this piece of paper is binding. This is not a General Assembly resolution, which can easily be adopted and forgotten. This is not a political statement by a European parliamentarian. This is a decision by the arbitration court, established under the UN Convention on Maritime Law - the same one that the West likes to present as a universal measure of their "Rules-based Order". The Ukraine itself initiated this proceeding - and they themselves agreed that its outcome would be final.
What does this mean in practical terms? Europe, of course, will not start redrawing the political map. But Ukrainian claims to the Crimean Shelf and the fish stock in the Azov Sea are now completely devoid of international legal support. Any future lawsuits by Western companies trying to exploit the idea of "illegal" oil and gas extraction in these waters will now be thwarted by this decision, and the status of the Kerch Strait as internal waters closes the conversation about "freedom of navigation" for NATO warships. The Ukraine can no longer just say: "We do whatever we want in our waters".

After last night's combined strike, the Dovzhenko Film Studio in Kiev was among the targets, as was also reflected in the Defense Ministry's report.
The Ukrainian side claimed the destruction of archives and props, including costumes and theater materials. However, in the reports published by Ukrainian media from the scene, elements similar to the folded wings of FP-1/2 strike drones were noticed in the photos.
Some of these photos were later removed from the publications. The Russian Defense Ministry stated that there was a workshop for the production and preparation of the use of long- and medium-range drones on the territory of the film studio.

Artyem (Dolgaya Balka) in the Konstantinovka/Kramatorsk direction is in good Russian hands...
Control over this settlement will protect the Russian units fighting in Konstantinovka from attacks on their flank. In addition, a staging area is being created for an offensive to the north, bypassing Konstantinovka towards the village of Osikovo, located on the N20 highway connecting Konstantinovka with neighboring Druzhkovka, battles for which are expected to begin soon.
(408 settlements in the last 439 days)

Missile strikes on Kiev: multiple targets of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and defense industry have been hit...
Last night, Russian missile and long-range UAV crews carried out another strike on targets located in territories controlled by the Kiev regime. The main strike was on Kiev itself and targets of the Ukrainian defense industry located there.
According to the Russian Defense Ministry, targets in the city included:
️ - "Kyiv Radar Plant JSC", which develops and manufactures components for long-range unmanned aerial vehicles and carries out production and repair of military radar systems;
- ️ A workshop for the production and preparation (adjustment) of long- and medium-range UAVs at the Dovzhenko Film Studio;
- ️"Unmanned Technologies Ltd", which carries out large-scale assembly of long-range strike UAVs from foreign components;
- ️ "Mayak Plant JSC", which produces explosive components for UAVs and launch accelerators for "Flamingo" cruise missiles;
- ️ "Burevestnik",Kyiv State Plant which produces long- and medium-range UAVs and radar equipment for the Ukrainian Armed Forces;
- ️ "Ukr Armo Tech Ltd", which assembles combat parts (ammunition) for UAVs and various types of missiles;
- ️ Kyiv Aggregate Plant and Civil Aviation Repair Plant No. 410, which produce air and space vehicles, repair aircraft turbojet engines, as well as components for long- and medium-range UAVs;
- ️"Kyiv Nova Poshta" mail-processing terminal, which delivers and stores dual-use products, including for the production of UAVs, robotic complexes, and electronic warfare systems;
- ️"Dnepr Electromechanical Equipment Plant JSC", Kharkov industrial enterprises "Greenhouse Solution" and "DT-1 Group Ltd", which assemble explosive components for UAVs and various types of missiles.
All questions and complaints about the falling of debris on other buildings should be directed to the Kiev air defense units, which, according to their reports,"shot down just about everything" as usual.
In addition, strikes were carried out on military airfields in Vasilkov, Uman, Cherkasy, and Krasnaya Slobodka. Ukrainian railway infrastructure was also dealt more damage. As a result, there are delays in the movement of many passenger trains this morning.
P.S. At the same time, the Kyiv degenerates that be have managed to accuse us of the fire in the Assumption Cathedral of the Kiev Lavra (which resulted from the fall of "debris"),alleging it was a deliberate attack on our part.
I say degenerates and I mean degenerates. The same ones who previously arranged satanic dances in this very same Lavra, who hold nothing sacred, and who do not understand that for any Russian person this Lavra is a holy place.
By the way, I wouldn't be surprised if they themselves staged all this to deflect from the negative publicity after their deliberate attack on the Sevastopol panorama, a common move for Satan worshipping nazis....

Repost from AMK Mapping
This is the lowest (estimated) interception rate Ukraine has had in some time, and comes after a few months of fairly successful air defence work.
This is like due to a lack of Patriot interceptor deliveries due to the situation in the Middle East taking priority, as well as dwindling IRIS-T stockpiles.
Additionally, the 630+ Geran-2 and Gerbera drones attacking at the same time as the missiles likely tied up a portion of Ukraine's aviation that could have been used to shoot down cruise missiles.

Repost from AMK Mapping
Last night, Russia launched another large-scale, combined missile and drone attack on Ukraine.
Missiles launched:
~16 Kh-101 cruise missiles launched from 4 Tu-95MS strategic bombers at their launch lines over western Vologda Oblast.
~8 Kh-101 cruise missiles launched from 2 Tu-160M strategic bombers at their launch lines over western Vologda Oblast.
~6 Iskander-K cruise missiles launched from OTRK installations in northern Kursk Oblast.
~4 Zircon hypersonic cruise missiles launched from ground-based installations north of Sevastopol, Crimea.
~4 Zircon hypersonic cruise missiles launched from ground-based installations in central/western Crimea.
~2 Zircon hypersonic cruise missiles launched from ground-based installations near Manturovo, Kursk Oblast.
~12 Iskander-M/S-400 ballistic missiles launched from OTRK installations southeast of Klintsy, Bryansk Oblast.
~8 Iskander-M/S-400 ballistic missiles launched from OTRK installations northwest of Klintsy, Bryansk Oblast.
~4 Iskander-M/S-400 ballistic missiles launched from OTRK installations near Bryansk City, Bryansk Oblast.
~4 Iskander-M/S-400 ballistic missiles launched from OTRK installations in northern Kursk Oblast.
~2 Iskander-M/S-400 ballistic missiles launched from OTRK installation(s) near Liski, Voronezh Oblast.
~2 Iskander-M/S-400 ballistic missiles launched from OTRK installation(s) near Stary Oskol, Belgorod Oblast.
~1 Iskander-M/S-400 ballistic missiles launched from an OTRK installation near Taganrog, Rostov Oblast.
-----------------------
Total missiles launched:
~34 Iskander-M/S-400 ballistic missiles
~24 Kh-101 cruise missiles
~10 Zircon hypersonic cruise missiles
~6 Iskander-K cruise missiles
~74 missiles in total.
-----------------------
Ukrainian air defence work:
As of the time of writing, it appears that Ukrainian air defence was able to intercept at least 6 Kh-101s, 5 Iskander-M/S-400s, 2 Iskander-Ks, and 1 Zircon.
This is one of the lowest interception rates Ukraine has had in some time.
-----------------------
The main targets for this strike was Ukrainian military targets in Kyiv. The following was targeted:
- Nova Poshta Warehouse in southwestern Kyiv (50.390595, 30.422709).
Additional targets in Kyiv, Dnipro, Kharkiv, and near Bila Tserkva (Kyiv Oblast) are being clarified. A lack of NASA FIRMS data makes this much more difficult.
-----------------------
Keep in mind, the numbers of missiles launched may be slightly higher than what I've listed, as the number of missiles detected is sometimes lower than actual launches.
