Repost from AMK Mapping
Russia continued to attack Mykolaiv City with Geran-2 drones and Geran-4 jet-drones during the day, targeting a warehouse facility and energy infrastructure. Large fires broke out following the strikes, followed by power outages in parts of the city.
Additionally, multiple Geran-2 drones likely struck something near the city of Voznesensk, Mykolaiv Oblast.

While everyone still focuses on the current limited Ukrainian drone strikes, today marks Day 50 of Russia’s large-scale missile and drone strike campaign against Ukrainian port infrastructure in Odesa Oblast.
Hundreds of missiles and thousands of drones have been used in these unprecedented attacks, hitting all 6 working Ukrainian ports, dozens of commercial vessels, energy infrastructure powering these ports, countless warehouses and other storage facilities, Ukrainian naval assets, and much more. Every single day for the last 50 days has witnessed attacks on port infrastructure to some extent.
This has crippled Ukrainian maritime export capabilities, with most shipping companies no longer willing to take the risk to sail to Odesa Oblast. Meanwhile, Russia’s western ports are largely functional again, as Ukraine’s “40 day operation” has long petered out.
It’s truly incredible how little coverage this Russian strike campaign has gotten, considering the massive scale of these attacks. And they show no signs of stopping yet.

Khrapovshina in the Sumy direction is in good Russian hands...
This area served as a stronghold for the Armed Forces of Ukraine during the invasion of the Kursk region. In 2024, air defense units were deployed to safeguard advancing Ukrainian forces, while artillery positions and unmanned aerial vehicle units were established by the end of 2025. Russian fire weapons can now be positioned in this location to target the city of Sumy and the surrounding areas.

Repost from Kyiv Post
Ukraine’s Prime Minister Serhii Koretskyi said a Russian strike on warehouse facilities in the Bucha district of Kyiv region caused a fire and explosions.
“Unfortunately, we can already say that the horrific tragedy in Vyshneve was not a lesson. In the fifth year of the full-scale invasion, repeating the same mistakes is criminal negligence,” Koretskyi said.
He called for an immediate investigation and “strict punishment” for everyone responsible, saying such incidents must not be allowed to happen again.

Shells, stalled contracts, and no armor for wounded — Ukraine's new defense minister's problem list
"Weapons production in Ukraine has a mountain of problems: short contracts, scandals over ammunition and other complex equipment procurement, inefficient drone purchasing, leaky quality control and oversight of manufacturers' capabilities, export rules that don't work, funding shortages, and more," writes Bohdan Miroshnychenko, editor-in-chief of Oboronka, in his op-ed.
"All of this ultimately adds up to poor supply for troops at the front."
"Partly through his own mistakes, partly through resistance from the system, and partly simply for lack of time in office, dismissed minister Mykhailo Fedorov failed to resolve all the industry's long-standing problems — so that burden now passes to his successor, Yevhen Khmara."
