Today the Sun stands still.
For a brief moment, between one cycle and the next, we arrive at a sacred pause point in the year.
For thousands of years, our ancestors honoured the Solstice as a gateway — a moment to reflect on where they have been, where they are now, and where life is calling them next.
And perhaps that invitation remains the same today.
The first half of 2026 has asked many of us to release old identities, old stories, old fears and old ways of being.
Not because we have failed.
But because we have outgrown them.
The Solstice reminds us that transformation is not always about becoming something new.
Sometimes it is about remembering who we truly are beneath all the noise.
Today, take a moment to step outside.
Feel the Sun upon your skin.
Place your hand on your heart.
Breathe.
Listen.
And ask yourself:
✨ What am I ready to release?
✨ What am I ready to embrace?
✨ Who am I becoming?
The Earth is not rushing.
The tides are not rushing.
The Sun is not rushing.
Perhaps you don’t need to rush either.
May this Solstice bring clarity, peace, and a deeper connection to the light that has always lived within you.
The journey was never outward.
It has always been a journey back to yourself.
