Each of us carries our own baggage.
Sometimes it is pain that no one can see.
Sometimes memories that can still hurt, even years later.
Sometimes words someone once said ,and they stayed with us forever.
But within that baggage, there is also strength.
Lessons that taught us we can survive.
Tears that cleansed the heart.
Falls that taught us how to rise again.
Do not be ashamed of your baggage.
It shaped the person you are today.
And if it becomes too heavy ,remember that you can set it down.
Even if only for a moment.
Because sometimes, to move forward,
you need to free your hands and open your heart.
Do not keep inside what burns you from within.
Tears you hold back turn into stones in the heart.
Words you never speak choke your throat.
Anger you don’t release poisons your body.
Allow yourself to feel.
Cry — because tears cleanse the soul.
Scream — if you need to.
Write — pour out what hurts.
Breathe deeply — until you feel your breath carrying the weight away.
Talk — to someone who does not judge.
Emotions are like waves — if you stop them, they will flood you from the inside.

Braided or tied up: Protective mode. A tight braid or bun shields your crown chakra. Do this when you are around energy vampires or need pure, uninterrupted focus.
Even the way you part it shifts your frequency.
A left part grounds you in logical, masculine energy.
A right part softens you into feminine, intuitive flow.
A middle part demands absolute neutrality and balance.
And washing it is never just hygiene. Water clears the static charge you picked up from other people's auras.
