Somewhere along the way, you were taught that love means giving yourself away. Saying yes when you mean no. Staying silent to keep the peace. Making yourself small so others wouldn't feel uncomfortable.
But that was never love. That was fear wearing love's clothes.
True love—the kind your Soul came here to embody—is something altogether different. It's grounded. It doesn't abandon itself in order to connect.
It's powerful. It holds compassion for others AND Self, at the same time, without contradiction.
It's clear. It sees the truth of a situation without flinching.
You are not here to be a doormat. You are here to be a demonstration—a living, breathing reminder—that it's possible to remain open AND strong. Soft AND clear. Loving AND boundaried.
You are a being of Light navigating a temporary physical experience. You chose this. You are capable of this. And the more you remember who you truly are—not who you were told to be—the more effortlessly that Love flows through you.
The Soul doesn't need to earn love. It is LOVE. That's the whole lesson.

| 12 | SEVEN THINGS that affect your vibrational frequency from a quantum physics perspective.
Vibration in quantum physics means that everything is energy. We are vibrating beings at certain frequencies. Each vibration equals a feeling and in a “vibrational” world there are only two types of vibration, positive and negative. Every feeling makes you emit a vibration, which can be positive or negative.
1st - *Thoughts*
Every thought emits a frequency into the Universe and this frequency returns to the origins, so if you have negative thoughts, despondency, sadness, anger, fear, it all comes back to you. That is why it is so important to take care of the quality of your thoughts and learn to cultivate more positive thoughts.
2nd - *Companies*
The people around you directly affect your vibrational frequency. If you surround yourself with happy, positive and determined people, you too will enter into that vibration. Now, if you surround yourself with people who complain, meditate and are pessimistic, be careful! Indeed, they can lower your frequency and therefore prevent you from using the law of attraction to your advantage.
3rd - *Music*
Music is very powerful. If you only listen to music that talks about death, betrayal, sadness, abandonment, all this will interfere with your vibrations. Pay attention to the lyrics of the music you listen to, it can lower the frequency of vibrations. And remember - you attract into your life exactly what you vibrate.
4th - *What you're looking at*
When you watch shows that deal with misfortune, death, betrayal, etc. your brain accepts it as reality and releases a whole chemistry into your body that affects your vibrational frequency. Watch for things that feel good and help you vibrate at a higher frequency.
5th - *Mood*
Whether at home or at work, if you spend a lot of time in a messy, dirty environment, it will also affect your vibrational frequency. Improve your surroundings, organize and tidy up your environment. Show the Universe that you are capable of receiving much more. Take care of what you already have!
6th grade - *Word*
Pretending or speaking ill of things and people affects your vibrational frequency. To keep your frequency high, it is important to break the habit of complaining and speaking ill of others. So avoid drama and victimization. Take responsibility for your life choices!
7th grade - *Gratitude*
Gratitude has a positive effect on your vibrational frequency. It is a habit that you should incorporate into your life right now. Start being grateful for everything, for the good and for what you consider bad, be grateful for all the experiences you have had. Gratitude opens the door for good things to happen positively in your life.

🌎 What Building the New Earth Really Looks Like
June 27, 2026
Let’s stop pretending the New Earth is going to arrive as some perfect moment where the clouds part, the darkness disappears, and everything suddenly becomes peaceful. Building something new has never looked that clean. It is real, uncomfortable, deeply personal work. It begins the moment you stop waiting for the world to change and finally become willing to change the way you live within it.
It looks like admitting that certain jobs, relationships, habits, and versions of yourself no longer feel right, even when you cannot fully explain why. It means walking away from what is familiar without always knowing what comes next. There may be tears in the car, sleepless nights, difficult conversations, and moments when you question everything you once believed. Sometimes what feels like your life falling apart is really the false structure around you finally breaking open.
The New Earth is not built through perfection. It is built through presence, honesty, and the courage to stop abandoning yourself. It is choosing peace instead of constantly feeding chaos. It is learning to say no without carrying guilt for protecting your own energy. It is pulling your attention away from everything designed to keep you angry, afraid, distracted, and divided, then placing it back into your family, your health, your community, your purpose, and your connection with God.
It looks like raising children differently. Letting them ask questions, express emotions, make mistakes, and discover who they are without forcing them into the same boxes that wounded us. It means apologizing when we get it wrong and breaking cycles our parents may not have known how to break. It looks like growing food, knowing our neighbors, supporting small businesses, sharing resources, spending time outside, and remembering that a meaningful life does not have to be complicated.
It also requires us to leave behind the spiritual performance. Repeating the right words does not make us healed, and speaking about love means very little if we refuse to examine the pain, pride, fear, and resentment within ourselves. The New Earth asks us to face our shadow without becoming consumed by it. It asks us to own our story, forgive where we can, take responsibility for our choices, and stop handing our power to anyone who claims to have every answer.
This is not about escaping humanity. It is about becoming human again. It is about living with heart, humility, discernment, and integrity. The old world taught us to compete, compare, consume, and conform. What comes next must be built through cooperation, compassion, creativity, and truth. We do not have to agree on everything, but we do have to remember how to see the humanity in one another.
There will be difficult days. People may misunderstand your choices, and some relationships may not survive your growth. You may be called unrealistic, too sensitive, too intense, or too different because you no longer want to participate in what feels broken. But building a better world has always required people willing to live differently before the rest of the world understands why.
The New Earth is not waiting somewhere in the future. It is being formed through the choices we make right now. Every time we choose healing instead of repeating the wound, truth instead of performance, community instead of division, and love without surrendering discernment, another piece of it becomes real.
We are not here to wait for someone else to save the world. We are here to remember that the way we live, raise our families, treat one another, care for the land, and use our gifts is how the world changes.
The builders are already here.
We are building it now.
