CORPORATE FINANCE & TREASURY MANAGER 📍 Victoria Island, Lagos | Senior Manager At Pan African Towers, growth is powered by infrastructure — and infrastructure is powered by capital. We are looking for an accomplished Corporate Finance & Treasury Manager to lead key corporate finance activities and provide strategic oversight of treasury, working closely with the Director, Finance / CFO, lenders, investors, and other financial stakeholders. 🔑 What You'll Own • Debt & Funding: Source, structure, negotiate, and close term loans, working capital facilities, bonds, and DFI funding. • Lender Management: Manage lender relationships, covenant compliance, drawdowns, refinancing, and reporting obligations. • Equity & Capital Raising: Support investor targeting, due diligence, data rooms, term sheet/SPA reviews, and transaction execution. • Financial Modelling: Develop financial models, DCF valuations, investment memoranda, scenario and sensitivity analyses, and financing structures. • Financial Strategy: Support capital structure optimisation, capital allocation, and evaluation of M&A, JVs, and strategic partnerships. • Treasury Oversight: Oversee FX exposure, the 13-week rolling cash flow forecast, liquidity management, and banking relationships across entities. • Board & Investor Engagement: Prepare Board papers, financing proposals, and investor/lender updates, and represent Finance with key external stakeholders. 🎓 What We're Looking For ✅ B.Sc./HND in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; MBA/MSc is an advantage. ✅ ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification — strongly required. ✅ 5–10 years' progressive experience in corporate finance, treasury, investment banking, financial advisory, or related fields. ✅ Demonstrable experience structuring and closing debt facilities and/or equity/capital-raising transactions. ✅ Strong financial modelling and valuation skills, including DCF, scenario and sensitivity analysis. ✅ Experience engaging banks, DFIs, private equity/venture capital investors, and financial advisors. ✅ Experience in telecoms infrastructure or another capital-intensive sector is a strong advantage. ✅ Strong commercial judgment, negotiation, stakeholder management, and people leadership skills. 🚀 Why This Role?
