The cause of memory loss in Alzheimers and in dementia is demyelination of nerve axons. Using VAERS data I found that there is a safety signal for demyelination with HPV vaccines, and also a safety signal for memory impairment. In fact out of all 100 vaccines, HPV has the highest incidence rate of memory impairment. This is supported by clinical findings. Using Eudra I also found a strong association between HPV and memory impairment . The absolute reported incidence rate of memory impairment with HPV vaccines is 0.36% - or 1 in 300. Because he is a UAE citizen, the UAE are negotiating his release from France. Russia also strongly supports Pavel since his app is widely used in Russia by both citizens and government. Such a wide use of Pavel's platform would never take place unless the majority of the content was simple wholesome sharing of information that is of interest to the vast majority of its actual users. It is impossible to stop malignant parties (possible of WEF origin) posting their own hateful or pornographic content inorder to incriminate the platform, just as it is impossible to stop a police man planting drugs to set up an innocent man. Such is the price of freedom, which is worth far more than the total control and censorship of all media that France wants. Macron's version of Telegram would be reduced to a propaganda channel for the government, a surveillance machine for the state police and an indoctrination system for encouraging ideologies. It would take about a month before a new platform appeared, created by people as competent as Pavel in coding, and the only thing France will have gained is a drop in popularity and a loss of support across the globe. Many outcomes are possible - 1. He may be rescued by outside help and returned to a safer country 2. He may be imprisoned in France 3. He may suffer an "accidental" illness - and someone takes over Telegram who is weaker, more corrupt and more compliant with WEF policies 4. It may be theatre to step up control of media, and Pavel is playing a scripted part. Medical facilities that provide treatment to gay and bisexual men in some East African countries are already collaborating with them to prevent the spread of a new wave of mpox cases after the World Health Organization on Wednesday declared a global health emergency. The collaboration, both in Uganda and Kenya, comes amid WHO’s latest report released on Aug. 12, which reveals that 9 out of every 10 reported mpox cases are men with sex as the most common cause of infection. The global mpox outbreak report — based on data that national authorities collected between January 2022 and June of this year — notes 87,189 of the 90,410 reported cases were men. Ninety-six percent of whom were infected through sex. Sexual contact as the leading mode of transmission accounted for 19,102 of 22,802 cases, followed by non-sexual person-to-person contact. The WHO report states the pattern of mpox virus transmission has persisted over the last six months, with 97 percent of new cases reporting sexual contact through oral, vaginal, or anal sex with infected people. “Sexual transmission has been recorded in the Democratic Republic of Congo among sex workers and men who have sex with men,” the report reads. “Among cases exposed through sexual contact in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, some individuals present only with genital lesions, rather than the more typical extensive rash associated with the virus.” The growing mpox cases, which are now more than 2,800 reported cases in at least 13 African countries that include Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, and prompted the Africa Centers for Disease Control and Prevention this week to declare the disease a public health emergency for resource mobilization on the continent to tackle it.
