10 I am looking for information on dosage differences for COVID vaccine between Teen and adult. It may explain this graph.
You can see that there is a sudden drop off in recovery for 18 and over, and a drop in recovery for under 12 year olds.
This pattern may be due to different dosages or schedules.

12 GETTING AROUND CABLE CUTS
If major land cables are cut then severe internet outages result meaning that you will only know information on servers local to you and be oblivious to what is happening beyond . It also means that money can no longer be electronically transmitted beyond.
Satellite based internet pioneered by Elon Musk offers a way of circumventing any cable cutting.
Starlink is the name of Elon Musk’s satellite service. It costs $50 per month.
It is available in most but not all countries. Some countries have blocked it possibly because local internet providers would suffer loss of income.
As has been pointed out by others, Starlink centralises global telecoms into the control of a single company. This confers Starlink with incredible power since they could switch off a country’s internet at the press of a button. If the US military has a controlling interest in Starlink then you can see how such power might be weaponised .
Anyhow, from a purely technical point of view Starlink offers a way of leap-frogging over cable cuts .
In those countries without Starlink it is still possible to access it via private networks created by users in countries where Starlink is available .
Here is a list of all the telecoms satellite companies . In each case there will also be local companies offering a connection service by providing dishes or handsets.

If you are working by distance or studying by distance or simply wish to remain informed then satellite is a useful addition to your prepping kit.
Recommended for digital nomads . It is also recommended for accommodation providers as a major selling point since hotels become far less popular when internet is down. Similarly it provides a basis for hotspot providers such as Internet cafes to set up in any community as viable mini businesses.

18 Altogether 12 entire countries in East Africa are now suffering severe internet outage. They can only access websites that have local servers. All access European hosted websites - including bank websites, and including howbad.info is blocked.
The reason for the reduced internet is cutting and damage to telecoms cables under the sea, and damage to cables between East Africa and Europe, between Asia and East Africa and between East Africa and South Africa.
The damage has all occurred in 1 month.
It has prevented any transfers of money from UK to East Africa or vica versa. As a result people cannot book hotels through Booking.com, and cant even access Booking.com after they arrive. It will obviously damage trade and commerce.
Last month West Africa also suffered internet shutdown/lockdown.
People working for companies in South Africa by distance have been forced to jump onto planes and go to South Africa to carry on working - its that bad.
WHY IS THIS HAPPENING - A SERIES OF LOGICAL DEDUCTIONS
1. The severing of deep sea cables was either an accident or deliberate
2. If it was deliberate we can ask why
3. The only reason to cut the cables would be to prevent sharing of information
4. But sharing of what?
5. The only information they would not want us to share would be if they were harming us.
So I hypothesis that an attack may be imminent. I dont know what or where. However I can make an educated guess.
6. You can only harm a population by either using overt attack, or covert attack
7. Overt attack is too obvious and causes instant pushback
8. Covert attack (i.e. biologics) does not cause pushback
9. A biological or chemical release is therefore a possibility, and could be labelled as a new "pandemic"
10. It would most likely be released in a city for maximum effect
11 Such a release will be timed to support the introduction of international health regulation, transferring all power to the WHO and UN

26 I’d like to share with you a possible scenario. A way in which they may create a new pandemic and call it bird flu. I got this idea from reading Mark 13 v 14-19
A warning is given that people should stay in high places and away from populated areas such as cities.
I have often wondered why people are warned to stay on the roof top and not go down stairs.
I am guessing that some kind of airborne toxin is deployed that is heavier than air so it may form a low lying mist like a fog. It makes sense that it is heavier than air since then it will settle at ground level and not disperse into the atmosphere.
It may be only deployed over cities rather than rural areas.
Areas high up such as mountainous areas may be less effected because the mist is denser than air so will settle in lowlands .
