IIMK 19th Feb Mumbai - afternoon slot I was second in my panel, panel 3 WAT: $300 B Climate Finance Commitment at Baku - A way forward or too little too late Panel - 2 Males, both in their 50s probably I brought my creative resume but M1 said we didn’t ask for it so i smiled and said its like an introduction i bring to an interview. He said ok i will not look at it but later looked at it while I was talking to M2 anyway😂☺️ M1 1. TMAY (cut me off 1-2 times) 2. ⁠You must be expecting design questions? I said the process is so random so I am not expecting anything but I did prepare my best 3. ⁠What is seam allowance (I drew on paper to explain) 4. ⁠What is the process of garment construction (I was gonna explain on paper but he said why do you need paper do you think we won’t understand or you can’t explain, i said visual aids are better but i can explain without it) 5. ⁠What is the difference between Fashion Design and Merchandising? 6. ⁠What is flat pattern making? 7. ⁠Pointed to my creative resume and said tell me the design element in this. (Basically its an attempt to introduce my world on a paper) 8. ⁠Vice president of India (I said I think before my answer and said i am kinda bad with names so just on the safer side, he was like you will not be good at management then but I said I can practice and become better) 9. ⁠Any one deputy prime minister of India (didn’t know, so he said you can’t even name one in 75 years :P) 10. ⁠Governor of RBI (he double checked ki Sanjay or Sanjiv and then cz i said i am sure he was like you’re gonna curse yourself if its wrong and i just laughed lol) **Also asked why MBA at some point M2 1. Tell us about your job 2. ⁠Is it related to your degree? (No) So did you abandon your studies? (Prepared answer, no cross question) 3. ⁠Did you study math in your UG? I said yes mostly and then started remembering other states but he said issok 13. ⁠Can’t AI overtake content writers (accuracy, tone, emotion etc. mentioned and said writers will eventually become editors) 14. ⁠Bias in AI, how does it happen (deepseek example and training data, gave example that if you ask it to give you a business person it will most likely show a man which is what’s more widely available on the internet) Thats all.
