"Don't worry about the polls" What does a poll represent? Why would a political candidate who stole his last election worry about a lack of public support? Is it necessary for someone in that position to constantly reassure the people who helped him get there? What happens if they lose confidence and are unwilling to risk doing it again on his behalf? As some have pointed out, if there's no way you can hold onto the White House, where does your attention shift? Congress has the power to impair and remove a President. Watch for potential shift in messaging. They can't have a surprise gain in the House & Senate without first running a lot of messaging to sell the idea that it's possible.
