💫 Sayyid al-Istighfār: The Best Prayer for Seeking Forgiveness
Narrated Shaddād ibn Aws رضي الله عنه: The Prophet (ﷺ) said "The most superior way of asking for forgiveness from Allāh is:
اللهم أنت ربي، لا إله إلا أنت ، خلقتني وأنا عبدك، وأنا على عهدك ووعدك ما استطعت أعوذ بك من شر ما صنعت أبوء لك بنعمتك علي، وأبوء بذنبي، فاغفر لي فإنه لا يغفر الذنوب إلا أنت
The Prophet (ﷺ) added. "If somebody recites it during the day with firm faith in it, and dies on the same day before the evening, he will be from the people of Paradise; and if somebody recites it at night with firm faith in it, and dies before the morning, he will be from the people of Paradise."

🚨 Three people have been killed after a shooting at the Islamic Center of San Diego. Two staff members were killed and a security guard.
The security guard Amin Abdullah put his life on the line and saved many other potential victims at the mosque. The mosque includes a day care full of children, all of whom were evacuated safely.
Two suspects, aged 17 and 19 died from self inflicted gunshot wounds. No motive is yet to be known.

A clip of a 5 year old girl has gone viral for her super chilled reactions with the police.
5 year-old Azkiya from North Sumarta, Indonesia was bored at home, so she went for a walk, she walked for about 3km and became lost. Luckily, a local woman found her and took her to the police station.
The police filmed an announcement that she was present at the station for her parents to come collect her. However the girl’s reactions during the recording went viral as she remained super cheerful and chilled.
