| 3 | Narrated Ibn `Abbas (RA): Once the Prophet (ﷺ) embraced me (pressed me to his chest) and said, "O Allah, teach him wisdom (i.e. the understanding of the knowledge of Qur'an).

| 15 | Abu Hurairah (RA) narrated that: The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "The fast is the day the people fast, the breaking of the fast is the day the people break their fast, and the sacrifice is the day the people sacrifice."

| 16 | Abu Hurairah (RA) narrated that: the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: “Al-Yawmul-Maw’ud (the Promised Day) is the Day of Resurrection, and Al-Yawmul-Mashhud (the Attended Day) is the Day of Arafah, and Ash-Shahid (the witness) is Friday.” He said: “The sun does not rise nor set, upon a day that is more virtuous than it. In it, there is an hour in which no believing worshipper makes a supplication to Allah for good, except that Allah answers it for him, and he does not seek Allah’s aid for something, except that He aids him in it.”

| 17 | Narrated Abdullah ibn Abbas (RA): The Messenger of Allah (SAW) offered the noon prayer on the 8th of Dhul-Hijjah (Yawm at-Tarwiyah) and dawn prayer on the 9th of Dhul-Hijjah (Yawm al-Arafah) in Mina.

| 18 | It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas (RA) that his brother Fadl (RA) was riding behind the Messenger of Allah (SAW) in the morning of sacrifice (i.e., the 10th of Dhul-Hijjah), when a woman from Khath'am came and said:
"O Messenger of Allah (SAW), the command of Allah has come for His slaves to perform Hajj, but my father is an old man and cannot ride.
May I perform Hajj on his behalf?" He said:
"Yes, because if your father owed a debt you would pay it off."

| 19 | Ibn Umar (RA) narrated: "A man stood and said 'O Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him)! What clothing do you command us to wear in Al-Haram?' The Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: 'Do not wear shirts, nor pants, nor burnooses, nor turbans, nor Khuff - unless one does not have any sandals, then let him wear Khuff, but let him cut them below the ankles. And do not wear any cloth that has been touched by saffron or Wars. And the woman in Ihram is not to cover her face, nor wear gloves.'"

| 20 | Ibn Umar (RA) narrated: "The Prophet (SAW) would say the following for the Talbiyah: "Labbaik Allahumma labbaik. Labbaik la sharika laka labbaik. Innal-hamda wan-ni’mata laka wal-mulk, la sharika laka." ('I respond to Your call O Allah! I respond to Your call. You have no partner. I respond to Your call. All praise, thanks and blessings are for You. All sovereignty is for You. And You have no partners with You).'"
