| 8 |  🎩🤷♂️ $AUDUSD - Here's a critical 📚 lesson about institutional supply and demand. Although we were watching for a break of the 15 minute supply to produce demand so we could go and take a 3:1 trade long off the 15 minute 🟩 demand. We can't ignore the higher time frames and when we look at the one hour chart we can clearly see one hour 🟥 supply is being contacted now. With that said, the force to the downside is strong and therefore the 15 minute demand zone long is now invalid as a 🚫🟢🚦 trade signal. | 498 |
| 9 |  I see there was some discussion earlier this morning regarding Gold and the recent decline, particularly in relation to the reduction in short positions shown in the CFTC data. I have to agree with what Sandi was saying - there are always other forces influencing price that fall outside the scope of what the CFTC report alone represents.
If we look at the CFTC data leading up to June 2nd, we can see that short positions were indeed declining. At the same time, however, the charts themselves were displaying a somewhat bullish picture. Specifically, on the 4-hour timeframe, a 🟩 demand zone had been created below price, and the market was in the process of rallying. As long as that 🟩 demand zone was holding, a reduction in short positions was not inconsistent with what the technical picture was telling us. | 454 |
| 10 | 🎩🤷♂️ Well looking and scanning through the markets I can see that the S&P500 futures is 📈 rallying up nicely off of the weekly 🟩 demand zone that we previously shared with you. 🔸 The #NASDAQ as well is seeing a nice 📈 rally off of the weekly 🟩 demand zone that we had mapped out. 🔸 #Gold continued to push a little bit further down using that 15 minute 🟥 supply zone I showed you yesterday to fuel the move a little bit lower. 🔸 #Oil, although it reacted from a one hour 🟥 supply zone, It did not confirm selling pressure by removing the 15 minute 🚫🟩 demand zone that's on the chart. 🔸 #Silver contacted a daily 🟩 demand zone which officially puts price within a range with a really nice supplies on at $72.47. 🔸 $AUDUSD Price ripped through multiple 4 hour 🟩 demand zones leaving behind a really nice 🟥 supply which I'll be looking to enter into a short from.
