🐓 A Chicken that Walks Backwards (1932) Know who the little girl is? She's Flannery O'Connor, The great southern Gothic writer. Throughout her life, O’Connor’s passion was raising chickens (and later peacocks) and she kept several in the garden of her Savannah home. She mentions the chicken in her book "Mystery and Manners".
