Here’s the list + I added a few more… That I need regular check-ups or screenings. Screening people very often finds things that are totally harmless and they are treated and people die that way. And the medical field has not found a good way to solve that massive problem for multiple reasons. That I need regular dental cleanings. My teeth reflect what I eat and how I live. I know that my food and supporting my drainage pathways are what keep my teeth happy. I do oil pulling regularly, brush with natural bristles and eat lots of high mineral foods. That any of my body’s symptoms are “pathological.” A fever, a rash, a tumor, or fatigue. I simply understand it has symptoms as it heals and I also learned to look at what it’s responding to if those symptoms persist. That cancer is a body gone rogue. I don’t see cancer as my own cells randomly turning on me. I see a body responding to conditions over time and conditions are always changing. That I’d ever need an antibiotic for really any reason. I haven't had one in over 20 years even when they told me an “infection” would spread to my bone or to my jaw for injuries or dental work I’ve had. That vaccines improve health. In 1980, a child got like 24 vaccine doses by 18. Today it’s about 70. The schedule has never been properly tested as a whole against kids who got none. When they did look at unvaccinated versus vaccinated kids, the study was never published and its lead author said publishing it would end his career. That the sun will give me cancer. In fact the opposite is true. Low exposure to natural light leads to some real ill health. That school taught me accurate history. When you go back and start digging into history it becomes clear that so much was either flat out hidden or just never told to us growing up. The great fires all over the world, the world’s fairs, money panics that ushered in more banking control, the hostile takeover of medicine. Things start to look a whole lot different than the mainstream narrative. That the medical system is “evidence-based.” The majority of “standard care" rests on either weak or no evidence at all according to the medical literature. Most of it is industry-funded trials comparing drugs versus other drugs. “Evidence-based” is often more of a slogan than an actual standard. . That my pets need routine vet visits. Most of what my pets need is good food, clean water and to be left alone mostly. I’ve used herbals and binders with my pets over the years keeping them healthy and out of the vet their entire lives. . That fluoride is helpful to dental health. Turns out sodium fluoride is captured from phosphate fertilizer plants and it’s an active ingredient in insecticides. Last I checked, it isn’t needed for good health nor dental health. . That women need routine pelvic exams and regular interventions. There’s no evidence to support their claims. Even major US guidelines have said the “evidence” for routine exams in women is insufficient. I haven’t participated in years. That’s just a handful and so many more… Which did you stop believing?

Is my personal use of ChatGPT and Claude driving the demand for these insane data centers? What I found was even more concerning than my original question.

This is as simple as it gets for those who need a little extra support for urinary tract and if prone to forming stones. ✨😄 Won’t solve all your problems but definitely a step in the right direction for many. I personally think it also helps “hydrate” a bit better due to the better structuring of the water.

Here’s a fantastic funny video you can watch or share - explains the basics on how viruses or viral contagion don’t exist 😁 https://youtu.be/UtLgo6Vrscg?is=b20AdULEJ2CmOSbV

Knowing how to respond to symptoms or even acute sickness is an absolute superpower especially while traveling because traveling can be extra stressful ✨

👃 Nose oiling (Nasya) isn’t just about “coating” your nose. It’s really about stimulation of head drainage. Your cerebrospinal fluid is replaced constantly, turning over up to five times a day. We can support this flow as well as brain lymphatics. A 2012 randomized controlled trial found that adding Nasya (medicated nasal oil) to an herbal protocol reduced the signs and symptoms of neck pain and degeneration. Study / PMID: 23049188 Here’s the direct link to the guide on all this… https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0871/3486/3652/files/Nasya_Guide.pdf?v=1792746138

If you have any of these symptoms chronically, the body is definitely telling you something is off. Not always kidney related as there’s always overlap but it certainly can be.

THIS is how all organs and glands begin to get damaged. Thus we have to unwind that tangled ball once we decide it’s time to recover and take back our health. Body talks to us, we must listen. For some of my best ways to support restoring organ function can find that here if you need it💕🫶 https://builttoheal.co/kidney-joint/

“Just eat real Whole Foods!” Why this is incomplete information for many. 🧐

High carb best? Low carb? Just eat real foods? We must stop fearing entire whole food groups and start understanding what actually drives weight gain (if we want to lose weight). No opt in free guide for those who need some help in this department 💪 https://builttoheal.co/stable-weight/

People are so mad at me for me wanting them to stop harming themselves with antibiotics for some reason. But so far still hasn’t stopped me from trying 😇

All my drama comes out on my run and that means less drama in life 🙃😅

We have misinterpreted so many things going on the body which is why we are so unwell today. Body isn’t a pathology, it responds to what it is given. No such thing as an “infected” lymph node just one that is either working or trying to work while being choked out. Our modern approaches to that are ones that literally strangle it even further. We learn so much about circulation (thinking that means our blood) but just as important is the circulation and movement of our waste elimination network. Otherwise known as our lymphatic system. And if one wants to work on lymph, first work on the final exit pathways before anything else or it will often make things worse.

If people simply understood how to support their body’s waste removal systems (and not create more obstacles for them) most of their health problems would resolve.

This is very well said. We gotta stake ourselves to the ground in something. We all have a set of beliefs that we are basing how we see the world in every moment. ✨

Some other fun Lyme facts.. Two mothers in Lyme, Connecticut, report some children with arthritis. Yale doctor Allen Steere investigates Steere links the illness to tick exposure. Some patients remember a bite. Many don’t. Willy Burgdorfer finds a spirochete (a type of bacteria) in deer ticks. However, those same ticks carry many other microbes. No human transmission study has ever been done The bacterium’s genome is sequenced. Research shifts toward sequencing and antibody testing. Antibodies also show up in people who never get sick. 2000s and onward. “Chronic Lyme” becomes an industry. Some practitioners attribute 70+ symptoms to Lyme and use alternative lab tests that “find” it in a large share of the people tested. Long-term antibiotics. Many integrative doctors put patients on long antibiotic courses, even though randomized controlled trials (2001, 2003, 2008, 2016) found no lasting benefit and found real harm. When patients get worse, it’s blamed on another round of “Lyme” or other hidden infections, and the cycle continues. Free version of the Lyme paper: https://escholarship.org/uc/item/9vj3t37b
