| 7 | Newgrounds is an entertainment website and company founded by Tom Fulp in 1995. It hosts user-generated content such as games, films, audio, and artwork composition in four respective website categories, and also provides visitor-driven voting and ranking of user-generated submissions. Fulp produces in-house content at the headquarters and offices in Glenside, Pennsylvania.
In the 2000s and 2010s, Newgrounds played an important role in Internet culture and in independent video gaming in particular. Newgrounds has been called a "distinct time in gaming history", and a place "where many animators and developers cut their teeth and gained a following long before social media was even a thing".

| 8 | Long time no see! Maybe for a good. My thoughts of today about how we (creative people) find each other and communicate and making something together. That's why I decided to finally mention Newgrounds here. For those of you who experienced this website in the past and have opinion... Maybe I should made a remark - I only found this in 2020 for the first time and was stunned how cool it looks and how it shows everything that is on the site. For the time there were 4 huge sections of Art, Games, Animations and Audio. And basically this was my dream website where I could find everything I looking on other websites all the time - awesome art and animations (that rarely catches me on YouTube), also find game Devs to collaborate as sound designer/musician.
Newgrounds have a huge audio portal but it's not like Spotify or something like that, all audios from voice actors, musicians and artists blended together and have ... Lets say "human scale" not corpo style releases with professionally designed pages and everything, most of the time you see collaborations from several talented people, maybe solo enthusiasts... and know what? I really like that, especially in times when everyone could fake that "professional" look using some ai assistant. Nowadays it's more like "soulless" than "professional".
And that's why I think Newgrounds is worth not only checking out as time-wastin-blackhole (maybe sometimes) but also as a great source of new meetings. I've been there for a long time and have few contacts though... you know me, I am really bad at this, making new contacts. But for you this could be a great base-camp, as I know almost everyone who makes sound-things struggle to find other creative persons to collab with. | 849 |
| 9 | Hey hey people! I'm still alive. I know my last post about field recording or something I have recorded was a long time ago and I really want to continue sharing knowledge about this topic but... huh. I just can't focus enough on something creative nowadays and my health is not actually so good. That's why I do very little in public and on the internet and just spend a lot of time with family and friends making things I enjoy. Hope you understand. Take care and be safe. ~Nicolas | 158 |

| 17 | Goodday everyone. People use crypto wallets like a million years already but I created my first one. Recently started my research on the subject of Blockchain technology and coins and surprisingly Telegram has its own coins called "TON"... There's even a way to sell usernames and "anonymous numbers" as they call it. So I started to dive in. Now if you want to donate me you could use this information below as well. | 159 |
| 18 | ONE year ago i posted this messege... Now it's dark day for me and my family, dear friends and all who remains peaceful and creative even in such hard circumstances here in Russia and especially in Ukraine that stands against army of terrorists and muggers. I will repeate it every day if only it helps untill last one who was involved and supported such an un-human act of aggression will be condemned and punished. That's my statemen and always was. We could make good world together but only when there will be no wars and discrimination on our planet, so lets work on it in future. Make sound not war.
