Even after repeatedly pointing out this is an error in Arabic, they still insist on posting جامعة الإسلامية المدينة as late as in 2022. And they translated both 'gateway' and 'sciences' wrong.

توفي اليوم في بنغلاديش الأديب الكبير العلامة المربي الشيخ محمد سلطان ذوق الندوي إنا لله وإنا إليه راجعون يُعدّ الشيخ العلامة محمد سلطان ذوق الندوي من الشخصيات العلمية والأدبية الكبيرة في شبه القارة الهندية. وُلد حدود 1937م في موهش خالي بمدينة كوكسبازار، بنغلاديش. بدأ تعليمه في منطقته، ثم التحق بالجامعة الإسلامية بـ فتية، حيث درس العلوم الإسلامية المعروفة على أيدي كبار علماء عصره، منهم: العلامة المفتي عزيز الحق، ثم بدأ مسيرته العلمية بالتدريس في مؤسسات دينية وعلميّة عريقة، منها: الجامعة الإسلامية بـ فتية، ودار العلوم لندوة العلماء في الهند، وكان مفكر الإسلام الشيخ أبو الحسن الندوي يُكنّ له تقديرًا كبيرًا، واعتبره “ترجمان الندوة في بنغلاديش”. براعته اللغوية وسليقته الشعرية: كان الشيخ رحمه متمكنًا من اللغات العربية والفارسية والأردية والبنغالية، وقد ألّف الكتب والبحوث بهذه اللغات كلها، كما قرض الشعر الفصيح بها، وله ديوان مطبوع نال القبول والرواج في الأوساط الأدبية والشعرية. وقد شارك الشيخ في مسابقة أدبية دولية في ليبيا عام ١٩٨٢ حول موضوع “الإسلام والمرأة”، وحصل على المركز الثاني بين المشاركين من أكثر من 36 دولة . خدماته العلمية والأدبية: ألّف عددًا من الكتب العلمية واللغوية والأدبية التي تدرّس في الجامعات والمعاهد والمدارس الإسلامية في شبه القارة الهندية، منها: معلم الإنشاء في ثلاث مجلدات، والقراءة للراشدين في الأدب العربي، ونخبة الأحاديث في الحديث النبوي الشريف، فارسي فهلي كتاب (الكتاب الأول في تعلم اللغة الفارسية) وآسان قواعد أردو (القواعد الميسرة للغة الأردية)، وكليات ذوق (ديوان شعره) وغيرها من المؤلفات السيارة، وسلسلة أعلام الأمة والتي كتب ضمنها: حياة الشيخ أبي الحسن علي الحسني الندوي باللغة العربية، وحياة الشيخ المقرئ محمد الطيب باللغة العربية، وتذكرة عزيز باللغة الأردية والبنغالية (سيرة مفصلة عن حياة شيخه العلامة المعني عزيز الحق)، وتذكرة هارون باللغة البنغالية والأردية (سيرة مفصلة عن حياة العلامة هارون البابونغري) وتذكرة بوالوي باللغة البنغالية والأردية (سيرة مفصلة عن حياة شيخه العالم الرباني الإمام علي أحمد البوالوي)، ورحلتي إلى أرض الجهاد (مذكراته عن رحلة أفغانستان في تسعينات القرن الماضي)، بالإضافة إلى الكثير من مقدمات الكتب العملية وشروح الدواوين الشعرية الشهيرة في اللغة العربية والفارسية. وقد كتب الشيخ سيرته المفصلة في مجلدين باللغتين الأردية والبنغالية، وهو مطبوع ومنشور على نطاق واسع. المناصب والنشاطات: تقلد الشيخ مناصب عديدة، وأسس معاهد ومؤسسات مختلفة، بالاضافة إلى رئاسته وعضويته لعدد من المؤسسات والهيئات العلمية والإسلامية المحلية والإقليمية والعالمية، منها: - مؤسس ورئيس جامعة دار المعارف الإسلامية في شيتاغونغ، والتي أصبحت منارة للعلم والدعوة. - رئيس المكتب الإقليمي لرابطة الأدب الإسلامي العالمية. - رئيس اتحاد المدارس القومية في شيتاغونغ. - عضو في رابطة العالم الإسلامي - عضو الاتحاد العالمي لعلماء المسلمين رحيله الأبدي: توفي العلامة محمد سلطان ذوق الندوي في 29 صفر 1444هـ الموافق 2 مايو 2015 في مستشفى إيبار كير، بمدينة شيتاغونغ بعد عمر ناهز التسعين، وقد ترك وراءه آلافًا مؤلفة من التلاميذ والأحباء، فرحمه الله تعالى رحمة واسعة، وأسكنه فسيح جناته، وجعل مقامته في عليين منها، وألهم أهله وذويه وتلاميذه محبيه الصبر والسلوان والاحتساب والرضوان. فإنا لله وإنا إليه راجعون.
