The missile may have been intercepted by either a PAC-3 MSE interceptor from the MIM-104 Patriot system or an ASTER 30 B1 NT interceptor from the Franco-Italian SAMP/T NG air defense system.

Ethiopian Air Force personnel were killed in a drone strike carried out by the Ethiopian Peoples’ Forces Alliance for Survival against Debre Zeit Air Force Base (Harar Meda Air Base). Senior Warrant Officer Kassahun Lema, a helicopter technician, was among those killed in the strike. His funeral was held today.
