This rubs me off personally as well because recently Trump came to my area, (my area has a few suburbs and a downtown area but the general surrounding area is rural and mostly agricultural areas and family owned farms.) When Trump arrived he held a huge farmers conference. When all the farmers where coming with complaints and concerns about their debts and lack of federal loans, Trump just gave the usual “we have plans in place and they will make this work better than ever before.” But ofc Trump didn’t lay out any actual evidence of a plan and gave vague terminology that left many of the farmers leaving with more questions than answers. Instead of facing a small force, Custer encountered thousands of Native American warriors led by Chiefs Crazy Horse and Sitting Bull.
