Monday was reportedly beaten severely by Igwebike and the other Eiye members/leaders, and was later confirmed dead in the process. His body was subsequently dumped at Officer’s Mess Junction in Okwe. Passersby saw Monday’s body at that location about 2 weeks ago but did not know it was him. The matter was kept secret until recently, when it was leaked by some Eiye members.
The case is now before the police, as Monday’s family has petitioned the police and is seeking justice.

Operatives of the Lagos State Police Command have arrested an Eiye (ACN) cultist during a routine stop-and-search operation in the Ijaiye/Ojokoro area of Lagos State. The arrest was made as part of ongoing efforts to combat cultism and other violent crimes across the state. According to police, officers intercepted a motorcycle carrying 3 passengers & discovered a locally made pistol loaded with one live cartridge in the possession of one of the passengers, identified as Yusuf Lamina Adigun (27). During preliminary interrogation, the suspect reportedly confessed to being a member of the Eiye cult group and stated that he and other members of the cult group who are currently at large, were on their way 2 carry out an attack before they were intercepted. AMARAKU, IMO: Earlier today, a BKB (Brother Killing Brother) incident involving the DNKI (Vikings) cult group was reported in Umueli village in Amaraku, Isiala Mbano LGA, Imo State. A DNKI cultist named Shadow was killed by his fellow Vikings cultist and brother from the same village, named Chimuanya.
Chimuanya, a drug dealer in the community, reportedly had an issue with Shadow over a small amount of money and business matters, which later escalated into a clash over cult seniority. The dispute later led to Chimuanya killing Shadow, with some sources adding that Chimuanya was also joined by other DNKI cultists from his squad. The community later burnt Chimuanya’s properties, and Chimuanya’s current whereabouts are unknown at this time.
