According to NC: ILORIN, KWARA: We have received reports of shooting incidents in the Post Office area of Ilorin, Kwara State, involving cultists. Yesterday, we also reported the killing of a man at Ile Film, and two other people were reportedly injured in that incident. Yesterday’s attack was carried out by the Eiye (ACN) cult group in their ongoing clash with Aye (NBM). We are still working on the case to identify the victim and gather more accurate information. Residents in Ilorin, especially around Post Office, Ile Film, Emir’s Road, Gambari, and Centre Igboro, are advised to stay safe. As earlier reported by Naija Confra, the kidnappers are demanding ₦70 million for the release of Chinedu, the Flying Ostrich. Eiye cultists are not going into the bush to rescue Chinedu, instead, they are running around trying to raise money to give the kidnappers. An altercation led to Vikings cultists chasing KK cultists, who later echoed “Ave Sirs” when they got to a place, resulting in more KK members coming out and reversing the chase. More KK cultists emerged and chased the Vikings who had initially been pursuing their members. They caught one Viking and severely attacked him with machetes and bottles. The KK attackers then took the Viking away, stating that the other Vikings involved would need to come and carry him from their base. It remains unclear whether the Viking was later released. While Naija Confra has not yet confirmed the motive behind the attack, sources on the ground suggested that it may be connected to the killing of an ACN (Eiye) cultist named Oyewole, alias Mosquito, who was killed on January 18, 2026, in the Elede area of Osogbo. 11	According to NC: BENIN CITY, EDO: Yesterday evening, a man identified as “Happy” was shot around Ugbihoko, along Ekehuan Road in Benin City, Edo State. Happy was said to be returning from work when the incident occurred. While his wife was opening the gate for him to enter the house, the attackers, who had reportedly laid an ambush, went directly to him and sh0t him before fleeing the scene. Happy was rushed to the hospital, but reports reaching us today indicate that he did not survive the attack. At this time, Naija Confra cannot confirm the motive behind the attack. Naija Confra investigated the case, and after speaking with sources on the ground, it was gathered that last week, while some boys were playing football, NBM cultists attempted to intimidate and attack one of the boys. A Navy personnel, who also plays football with the group, intervened and stopped them from attacking the boy. The cultists then threatened to attack the Navy personnel. Yesterday morning, after a football session, the NBM cultists returned with more members. As the Navy personnel was leaving, they attacked and injured him before fleeing the scene. One of the NBM cultists identified as the chief mastermind of the attack is named Jerry.
