im reading the handover materials for the previous intern and the work he did is crazy wtf like bro why did u raise the bar so high. he did 12 big projects and even OT?? im feeling damn screwed for my 6 months , no way my manager thinks im like this guy just because we study the same course. he wants me to takeover his complicated af project next week onwards 🤣 and my manager dgaf since day 1, doesnt check up on me and expects me to do whatever to get thru the handover stuff which is also unclear. I lowkey hate him alr. Been spamming Copilot the whole day trying to understand what even this project does

Just wondering why is it that housings are prioritised for local students even though it just takes at most 1.5hs to travel from else-where (not saying that it's not far but still acceptable) whereas international students who have no home/house here are often not given housing? It doesnt really make sense tbh because when SG people go over-seas, they are often provided housings for their duration of studies.
