Sand - 1.18mm seive should be smaller in size and better in quality
Water- The water we use for drinking is preferred because turbid water reduces the ability to transmit light

በመክፈቻ ሥነ-ሥርዓቱ ላይ ከፍተኛ የመንግሥት የሥራ ኃላፊዎች፣ ጥሪ የተደረገላቸው እንግዶች፣ የተቋሙ አመራሮችና ሠራተኞች ተገኝተዋል።
ተቋሙ በ1943 ዓ.ም ከተመሰረተበት ጊዜ ጀምሮ ሀገሪቱን በማገናኘት በነበረው የሰባት አስርት ዓመታት ጉዞ ከጠጠር መንገድ ግንባታ ተነስቶ አሁን ላይ ፈጣንና ዘመናዊ የአስፋልት ኮንክሪት መንገዶችን፣ የክፍያ መንገዶችን እና ድልድዮችን እስከ መገንባት የደረሰ የቴክኖሎጂና የክህሎት ሽግግር አድርጓል።
ኢመአ ሲመሰረት የነበረው የመንገድ ሽፋን 6 ሺህ 400 ኪሎ ሜትር ብቻ የነበረ ቢሆንም፤ ባለፉት ዓመታት ባደረገው ያልተቋረጠ ጥረቶች አሁን ላይ የሀገሪቱን የመንገድ ኔትወርክ 180 ሺህ 232 ኪሎ ሜትር ማድረስ ተችሏል።
ተቋሙ "መንገዳችን ኃላፊነታችን" በሚል መርህ የማህበራዊና ኢኮኖሚያዊ ግንኙነቶችን እንዲሁም የንግድ እንቅስቃሴዎችን በማፋጠን ረገድ ከፍተኛ ሚና ሲጫወት ቆይቷል።
