Seulda davlat rahbarining vatandoshlarimiz bilan muloqotida shu so‘zlarini eshitib, ta’sirlandim.
Biz O‘zbekiston Prezidentining davlat tashrifini yoritish uchun kelgan jurnalistlarga ham, butun delegatsiyamizga ham, va mana bildikki, Prezidentimizga ham vaqt yetmayapti.
Tasavvur qiling, Seul 4 soat oldinda. 15-sentabr O‘zbekistonda tonggi 6 bo‘lganida davlat rahbarining Koreya Milliy assambleyasida uchrashuvi bo‘layotgandi.
Prezidentimiz parlament spikeri bilan xayrlashayotganida aytgan gaplari qulog‘imga chalindi: “Ishlarimiz juda ko‘p, soat 4 da uyg‘onishga to‘g‘ri kelyapti”.
“Ishlarimiz juda ko‘p”ning ma’nosi, menimcha, shunday: Prezidentning ish dasturida tushga qadar 1 ta uchrashuv, 1 ta qabul, yana 200 kishilik O‘zbekiston-Koreya biznes forumida nutq, hujjatlarni imzolash marosimi, O‘zbekiston viloyatlarida 5 ta qo‘shma yangi loyihaga start marosimi, Koreyaning 10 ta chebol kompaniyasi (ko‘p tarmoqli ulkan oilaviy biznes) bilan tet-a-tetlar. Bu vaqtda esa yana bir zalga odamlar to‘plandi, Koreyada yashayotgan, o‘qiyotgan 50 ga yaqin vatandoshlar mahtal turibdi. Bu ishlarni boshida turish tugul, shunchaki o‘qib ko‘rsangiz ham “ehhe” devorasiz.
Kostyum-shim kiygan jiddiy odamlarning gaplarini eshitib qolaman: “balki vatandoshlar bilan uchrashuv “otmen” bo‘lar? Uchrashuvga kirmang, deb ayta qolamiz, sammitga tayyorgarlik ko‘rishlari kerak, hali “obed” ham qilmadilar”.
Tushlik qilmay ishlashlariga biz ham guvohmiz, ayniqsa, xorijda tadbir-tadbirga ulanib ketaveradi. Ko‘proq odam bilan gaplashishga harakat qiladi prezident. Ko‘proq foyda olib ketay yurtimga, deydi prezident.
Bir kun ichida nihoyatda ko‘p odam bilan gaplashib, topshiriqlar bergani, nutq o‘qigani —“non-stop” rejimi o‘z ta’sirini ko‘rsatadi: Prezident ba’zan tomog‘i qirilayotgani uchun uzr so‘raydi, “bular menga suv ham bermaydi” deb yarmi hazil, yarmi chin aytadi.
Auditoriya yoshlardan iborat. “El-yurt umidi” jamg‘armasining stipendiatlari, yoki “allaqachon tup qo‘yib palak yozganlar” — 50 $dan biznes boshlab, bugun O‘zbekistondan import qilayotganlar, yoki universitetda 7 koreys talabaga o‘zbek tilini o‘rgatishdan boshlab, hozir yiliga 70 dan ortiq talaba o’qitayotgan olimalar ham bor.
Prezident ularga tashrif tafsilotlarini tushuntiradi, nega Koreyaga kelgani, munosabatlarimiz qanday rivojlanib borayotgani, shu yerdagi fuqarolarga qanday ko‘mak berish mumkinligi haqida suhbatlashadi. 10 ga yaqin yoshlarning takliflarini tinglaydi.
Protokol xizmati bir necha bor rahbar oldiga kelib eslatadi: “9 soat bo‘ldi”.
Davlat rahbari esa muloqotda davom etadi. Jurnalistlar mag‘zini chaqishga urinamiz. To‘xtovsiz ishlayotganlariga 9 soat bo‘ldimi yoki muhim tadbir boshlanishiga 9 soat qoldimi?
Uchrashuvda Koreyada tadqiqot qilayotgan Yelena Chuyanova “tez-tez, shoshilinch madaniyat”ni eslatadi: 빨리빨리 문화 (ppalli-ppalli munhwa). Ya’ni, taraqqiyotdan orqada qolmaslik sharti – vaqtni yengish, nafaqat «jisman», balki «ma’nan yengish».
Koreyani rivojlantirgan bu madaniyat Prezidentimizning “shoshilmasdan shoshilish” prinsipiga o‘xshaydi. Zamondan orqada qolmaydigan O‘zbekiston qurish orzusi bu.
"Bir daqiqa ham vaqtlaringni bekorga o‘tkazmanglar. 5 yil o‘tadi, 10-15 yil o‘tadi. Kim boshqaradi O‘zbekistonni? Sizlar. To‘g‘ri, sog‘inch qiynaydi. Vatan sog‘inchi alamida ko‘proq ilm olinglar, vatanga sadoqat bilan xizmat qilinglar".
9 soat “tik oyoqda” o‘tgan kun baribir yakunlanmaydi. 16-sentabrda Markaziy Osiyo beshligi va Koreya sammiti bo‘ladi, hozir borib prezident o‘z nutqini, tashabbuslarni tayyorlaydi.
Qachon rahbar dam oladi—bu savolga javob topish butun delegatsiya uchun hozircha jumboq.
“O‘zimniyam qiynayman, sizlarniyam,
ishlamagunlaringcha qo‘ymayman, bizga 40 million xalq qarab turibdi. Ularni rozi qilishimiz kerak”.

Back then, there was and maybe still is a stereotype that girls who went to Russian schools would somehow become "badly behaved". It’s such a biased way of looking at education. My parents saw it differently: Uzbek was the language we spoke at home, while learning Russian was simply another advantage they could give me.
At school, I was a strong student in Russian and English. But my Uzbek teacher kept sending me to Uzbek language Olympiads because I was consistently placing. At the time, I was frustrated wishing I had spoken up more.
Now, eight years later, Im actually grateful for it. That teacher taught me the Uzbek grammar I rely on today and, taught me how to communicate properly in Uzbek, read official documents, understand formal language, and write professional letters confidently.

Энг катта ижобий ўзгаришлардан бири табиий фанлар бўйича қайд этилди. Ўзбекистонлик ўқувчилар 438 балл тўплаб, 91 та давлат ва таълим тизими орасида 48-ўринни эгаллади.
Таққослаш учун, PISA 2022’да бу кўрсаткич 355 балл ва 80-ўрин эди. Яъни уч йил ичида натижа 83 баллга яхшиланди, Ўзбекистон рейтингда 32 поғона юқорилади.
Тадқиқот қамрови ҳам кенгайди. 2025 йилда республика бўйича 233 та мактабдан 8 652 нафар 15 ёшли ўқувчи иштирок этди. 2022 йилда эса 202 та мактабдан 7 293 нафар ўқувчи қатнашган эди.
PISA 2025’да ўқувчиларнинг математика, табиий фанлар, ўқиш ва рақамли саводхонлик бўйича билим ва кўникмалари баҳоланди. Бу гал табиий-илмий саводхонлик устувор йўналиш сифатида белгиланди.
