| 11 | Guys, I have been watching a Turkish series. I know you might be thinking, "Turkish series? All that drama? Why?" And honestly, same😂. I haven’t had the patience to watch more than two episodes of a Turkish series in years.
But the one I’m watching right now… - Yargi. I haven’t been this genuinely focused on a show in a while. It’s a legal/crime drama about a prosecutor and a lawyer whose lives get changed through a murder case, with all the family secrets, and twists.
And I also have to admit something. the main character is basically my ideal type of person. Calm, emotionally mature, quiet, principled, protective but not controlling, serious but soft with people he loves. | 2 310 |

It’s been a while since I’ve visited at night, especially with all the lights. And wow, so much has changed, so many new restaurants, tourists everywhere, everything is clean, there’s pleasant music playing.
But the funniest (or maybe slightly sad) thing I remember from that night was me automatically offering to take pictures of literally everyone I saw trying to take photos😂 It’s such a normal thing in the US . you see someone struggling to take a picture, you offer to take it for them, and everyone is usually happy about it.
The tourists were genuinely happy when I offered. Then I saw an Uzbek girl and, without even thinking, extended my hand to offer help… and she literally ignored my hand😭
My friends saw me standing there with my hand still in the air and immediately started: "Jahona, hammasi yaxshi bòb ketadi. Here, take my hand. Shake it."🤣
I was SO embarrassed. I genuinely wished I had never approached them in the first place. 😭
