🛕RVRG NAVRATRI UTSAV 2026 🛕Bathukamma Celebrations: Central Park Guidelines Dear RVRG Residents, To ensure a safe, joyful, and smooth Bathukamma celebration for everyone, please keep the following guidelines in mind: 1. Kindly place all Bathukammas at the designated spot in the center of the park. 2. Form a continuous circle chain while maintaining a comfortable distance. Move at an even pace, keeping an eye on those beside you to ensure the chain stays unbroken. 3. Please do not join the circle from the middle while dancing, as this disrupts the chain. 4. Girls under 12 years of age are welcome to form a dedicated inner circle. 5. We have professional photographers and videographers capturing the celebrations. Please avoid personal photography in the center to prevent obstructing the dancers and media team. 6. A veteran team of 15 experienced dancers will be stationed at the center to guide everyone with the correct steps and rhythm. 7. The DJ will play traditional Bathukamma songs exclusively. Residents are requested not to request out-of-genre or unrelated songs. 8. Non-participants are kindly requested to use the surrounding chairs so that everyone has an unobstructed view of the celebrations. 9. Please watch your step at all times while playing. MANDATORY RFID RETURN DURING MOVE-OUT Dear Residents, Please be informed that returning the RFID sticker/tag issued to the vehicle is a mandatory part of the move-out process. For security and access-control purposes, residents are required to return the RFID sticker to the Facility Management (FM) Office when: * Selling or transferring the vehicle * Vacating the flat The RFID will be deactivated as part of the move-out process to prevent unauthorized access and ensure proper security control within the community. Residents are requested to kindly ensure that the RFID is returned to the FM Office, and the required move-out formalities are completed before vacating the premises. Community Notice: Dog Bite Incident and Adherence to Pet Policy Dear Residents, The Management Committee would like to inform the community that a dog bite incident involving a child occurred on 8 October 2026 within our community. The Management Committee convened a meeting with both parties, heard their respective accounts, and reviewed the relevant CCTV footage. After careful consideration, the Committee, chaired by the President, has decided to impose a penalty of ₹12,000 plus applicable taxes on the pet parent. In addition, the pet parent shall bear the actual medical expenses arising from the incident for a period of six months, subject to relevant bills and verification. The pet parent is also required to submit an unconditional written apology to the Management Committee and provide valid vaccination records for the pet. Failure to submit the required vaccination records may result in a revision of the penalty amount. This decision reinforces the community’s expectation that pet ownership comes with responsibility, accountability, and sensitivity towards fellow residents, particularly children. All residents, especially pet parents, are requested to adhere strictly to the community’s pet policy guidelines. These include ensuring that pets are appropriately restrained and under control in common areas, following applicable leash requirements, maintaining up-to-date vaccinations, and acting responsibly and empathetically in the event of any incident. We also request all residents to cooperate with the Facility Management team and route any correspondence or concerns relating to such incidents through the Facility Manager, rather than engaging in direct confrontations. The objective of this communication is not to single out any resident, but to sensitize the community, reinforce accountability, and ensure a safe and respectful living environment for everyone.
