3. Team Craft Security Services
4. Kapston Services Limited

These agencies were assessed based on their operational capabilities, experience in managing security operations in large gated communities, manpower strength, service quality, technology adoption, compliance standards, and overall suitability to meet the security requirements of our community.
After a comprehensive technical and commercial evaluation, Team Craft Security Services was ranked L1 and has been finalized as the new security service provider for RVRG.

Update – Closure of RVRG Shadruchulu Curry Point Operations
Dear Residents,
This is to inform you that Shadruchulu Curry Point, currently operating within the RVRG community, has communicated its decision to discontinue operations by the end of June 2026 due to unavoidable circumstances related to its kitchen premises.
The vendor has informed us that the landlord of their kitchen facility has requested them to vacate the premises to facilitate upcoming construction activities. As a result, Shadruchulu Curry Point will be able to continue its services within RVRG only until 30 June 2026.
Over the past two years, Shadruchulu Curry Point has been serving the RVRG community and has conveyed its sincere gratitude to the residents and the Association for the support and cooperation extended during its tenure.
In view of this development, the Association has initiated the process of identifying suitable alternative vendors to ensure continuity of curry point services within the community.
Residents who have references or recommendations for reliable and capable food service providers may share the details with the Facility Management Office for further evaluation.
We request your understanding and cooperation during this transition period.

**Subject: Update – Final Communication Sent to CBDL on Pending Works, Handover Obligations and Outstanding Dues**
Dear Members,
The Management Committee would like to inform residents that a final communication has been issued to the Managing Director of CBDL regarding the long-pending infrastructure works, statutory obligations, project handover requirements, and outstanding dues payable by CBDL to CRVRGROWA.
The letter consolidates the various issues repeatedly raised by the Association through multiple letters, emails, registered communications, meetings, and personal representations over the past year. Despite continuous follow-ups, several critical matters remain unresolved. Accordingly, CBDL has been requested to provide an immediate written response and participate in a high-level review meeting to finalize the closure of all pending issues.
As per the latest reconciliation, the total outstanding dues payable by CBDL to CRVRGROWA stand at Rs.2,14,69,275/-. The communication also highlights pending matters relating to Q-Sapphire Block handover, conveyance deed execution, handover of land documents, Clubhouse OC, terrace seepage rectification, swimming pool restoration, domestic water meter commissioning, fire and safety systems, water infrastructure, and various other pending infrastructure and statutory obligations.
The letter further records the growing concerns of residents regarding the prolonged delays and notes that, in the absence of a meaningful response and visible progress from CBDL, the Association may be compelled to review further actions, including resident representations, public demonstrations, engagement with statutory authorities, regulatory proceedings, legal remedies, and other appropriate measures to protect the interests of the RVRG community.
A copy of the final communication along with the annexures is being shared herewith for the information of all residents. Members are requested to refer to the attached letter for complete details and reference.
Regards,
General Secretary

Minutes of Management Committee Meeting on CBDL Pending Issues
Date: 02 June 2026
Time: 11:00 AM
Venue: Association Office – Conference Hall
Attendees: Management Committee Members
# Agenda
To review the Management Committee's approach and determine the next course of action for securing closure of long-pending issues with Cybercity Builders & Developers Limited (CBDL).
# Discussion
The Management Committee reviewed the status of the pending issues with CBDL and noted that a detailed tracker containing approximately 77 pending items has been shared with CBDL on multiple occasions through meetings, email communications, and registered post letters.
The Committee noted that during the last three to four meetings with CBDL, the pending items list was repeatedly discussed. CBDL had indicated that several of the listed items were not within their scope. In response, the MC had requested CBDL to undertake a detailed review of the list with their team and provide a written response against each item, clearly indicating:
* Whether the item is accepted or rejected by CBDL.
* Estimated timelines (ETAs) for completion of accepted items.
* Detailed justification for items proposed to be rejected.
The Committee further reviewed the status of several other important matters that continue to remain pending, including:
* Commissioning of domestic water meters across all blocks.
* Terrace waterproofing and seepage rectification works across the community.
* Water sanction enhancement and related infrastructure issues.
* Infrastructure and project handover obligations.
* Occupancy Certificate (OC) for the Clubhouse.
* Execution of the Conveyance Deed.
* Handover of original land documents.
The Committee also reviewed the discussions held with Q Block residents during the meetings conducted on 02 February 2026 and 26 March 2026. During these meetings, the MC had clearly communicated to CBDL that the Association would only be in a position to support Q Block for a limited period and that CBDL must formally complete the Q Block handover process. In the event that the ongoing RERA proceedings and status quo orders are preventing the handover process, the dues payable to CRVRGROWA must be settled immediately.
The Committee further observed that discrepancies continue to exist between the financial figures published by the Association and those published by CBDL concerning Q Block dues, and that these differences remain unresolved.
The Committee noted that CBDL Managing Director, Mr. Venu Vinod, has generally responded positively during meetings and has, on several occasions, instructed his team to work towards resolution of pending matters. However, the CBDL team has not provided any meaningful response, progress update, or closure on several issues despite repeated follow-ups.
It was also recalled that during the meeting held on 02 October 2025, CBDL had informed CRVRGROWA that their Legal Advocate and Senior Counsel, Mr. Ajay Reddy, would coordinate with the Association on matters relating to the original land documents and execution of the Conveyance Deed. However, despite multiple follow-ups by the Association, no meaningful progress or update has been received on these matters.
After reviewing the overall status and the lack of tangible progress despite repeated engagements, the Committee deliberated on the available options and agreed that one final high-level meeting should be sought with CBDL management.
# Resolution
After detailed discussions, the Management Committee unanimously resolved as follows:
1. The MC shall seek a meeting with CBDL Managing Director, Mr. Venu Vinod, within the next one week.
2. A limited number of residents may be invited to participate in the meeting, restricted to not more than two residents from each block.
3. The primary agenda of the meeting shall be:
