После более чем 10 лет продажи цифровых 3D-продуктов я никак не ожидал такого от крупной торговой АМЕРИКАНСКОЙ площадки. Сегодня Gumroad.com БЕЗ ПРЕДУПРЕЖДЕНИЯ И ОБОСНОВАНИЯ БЕЗВОЗВРАТНО "удалил" деньги с моего баланса, просто потому что я изменил свое местоположение с Канады на Болгарию.
Их служба поддержки подтвердила, что средства были «автоматически списаны» в качестве «системной защиты при изменении страны», которую они «не могут отменить». Вы правильно поняли: простое обновление учетной записи теперь приводит к полному изъятию ваших денег.
До этого я долго пытался вывести свои средства - использовал различные банковские реквизиты, включая украинские и канадские, и все попытки были заблокированы. Теперь деньги потеряны навсегда, и они не предложили никакого решения.
Будьте внимательны и аккуратны меняя что-то на этой платформе. Мне кажется, там еще много скрытых "подарков".
