Then Mariarosa decided the bikini top was apparently optional, left it on the table and carried on posing like that was the most normal thing in the world. 😌 Which, from my side of the camera, was not exactly a development I felt the need to argue with. 👀 The little terrace, the blue doors, her ridiculously long hair, the goggles on the table… everything just started falling into place.

We chose the blue bikini because it matched the doors. Very sophisticated creative process over here. 😂 And for approximately five minutes, that plan worked perfectly.

Apparently Ketty thought the bikini from our first look was still covering too much. 😂 So for the second look she found an even smaller one. But hey, at least she put on a shirt! That didn't last very long either. A few unexpected waves took care of that. 👀 Then she borrowed one of my cigarettes and we ended up with photos that look more like 4AM than a sunrise shoot.

Ursula brought a white shirt, a white bra and white panties. By the end, only one of those was still involved. And somehow I left her photos unedited for FIFTEEN MONTHS. 🤦🏻‍♂️ You’d think a morning spent photographing Ursula floating in the clear Ibiza sea would be quite difficult to forget. Especially when you’re standing above her in a tiny navy blue Speedo, thinking “DAMN, these are so cool” and taking far too many photos. You’d think. Thankfully, she recently messaged me to ask about them. The woman had already provided the outfit, the ideas and the poses. Apparently she also needed to provide adult supervision for the photographer. Her photos and the story behind this last part of our morning are finally on Patreon. This Dénia trip deserves a proper Archival Revisit. Pool games, twerking breaks and me insisting we get up for sunrise when neither of them had asked for that kind of personal growth. I should dig out the photos, the videos and a few stories I haven’t told you yet. Who wants a closer look at what we got up to? 😏

Everyone needs a friend who’ll crouch down by the pool to photograph their ass. That’s the kind of support Chey and Sky believe in. 🍑📸 I was there with a proper camera, but clearly some angles required a second opinion.

Finally, a trip where “I haven’t packed yet” isn’t a problem.
