Nifty has now arrived at the Extreme Demand Zone on the weekly chart. 🎯
Since the Covid period, this is the first time the index is testing its 200 EMA on the weekly timeframe. Price, a key moving average and a demand zone are all converging at the same place, which is rarely a coincidence. 👁️
The weekly RSI has also cooled off to near-oversold territory, which adds to the case for a pause in selling.
📌 My view: I'm expecting a bounce from here, and this could turn into a good green week. 🟢
⚠️ This is a crucial level, so this week's candle will play a very vital role. We will analyse the price action again once the weekly candle is formed.

Till now we've seen FOMO in equity. Agla chapter shayad US Bonds mein likha jayega.
US yields are climbing, and the "risk-free return" pitch is irresistible for retail. Par yahin nazar ka fark hai. 👁️
Bond ka risk default nahi, duration hai.
Yield and price move in opposite directions. Long bond mein yield thodi badhi, aur mark-to-market loss bada. In 2022-23, long-duration funds showed that even a "safe" asset can deliver a deep drawdown.
The trap forms when all three come together:
▪️ Yield abhi bhi uptrend mein ho
▪️ Retail flows spike into long-bond ETFs
▪️ Logic sirf "yield high hai" ho, "yield peak kar chuki hai" nahi
Kaun safe, kaun phansega?
✅ Hold-to-maturity investor locks the yield. Maturity pe paisa wapas.
❌ Timing wala peak pakadne ki koshish mein falling knife pakadta hai.
Real bond FOMO will show up when yields start falling after the peak and everyone rushes for price gains. Abhi jo dikh raha hai, woh sirf yield chasing hai.
Bheed jahan bhaagti hai, wahan nahi. Look where the crowd is leaving from.

We can now start looking at strong names for buying.
If any stock in our portfolio has corrected but is regaining momentum even before the broader market shows a clear recovery, that is something we should pay close attention to.
This is where relative strength starts becoming important. 👀
We can gradually increase our allocation:
3% → 5% → 7–10%
Not in one shot.
Not out of FOMO.
But step-by-step, as the stock proves its strength.
The idea is simple — accumulate strength, not weakness.
If the market plays out the way we expect, these are the positions that can potentially make a meaningful difference to our portfolio in the coming weeks and months.

Price + Volume: The Story Behind the Candle
"Charts are made by PRICE, but PRICE is made by VOLUME."
Price tells you WHERE the stock is moving!!
Volume tells you HOW MUCH participation is behind that move!!
You don't need a complicated volume indicator. Start with simple price + volume!!
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
1️⃣ Breakout + Volume
Stock moves sideways → price breaks resistance → volume jumps sharply ✅
More participants are active around the breakout. Worth paying attention to!!
⚠️ High volume does not automatically mean BUY!!
2️⃣ Breakout on Low Volume
Price breaks resistance… but volume is weak.
It may still work, but I'd want more confirmation. Never judge the breakout candle alone: breakout + volume together!!
3️⃣ Rising Price, Falling Volume
₹100 → ₹110 → ₹120, but volume keeps shrinking.
Not necessarily bad, but momentum needs attention!! Can buyers keep supporting the move?
4️⃣ Healthy Trend Rhythm
Price ↑ Volume ↑
Correction: Price ↓ Volume ↓
Next leg: Price ↑ Volume ↑
Stronger participation on upmoves, quiet corrections. Much more interesting!!
5️⃣ Breakdowns & False Breakdowns
Support breaks on strong volume → deserves attention.
Support dips briefly on low volume, then price quickly reclaims it → could be a false breakdown!!
Context matters!!
6️⃣ My Favourite Setup: Breakout + Retest + Volume
Resistance breaks
↓ Volume increases
↓ Price retests breakout zone
↓ Volume turns quiet
↓ Buyers return
↓ Price moves higher
Now you have a much better story!!

🚫 The Mistake to Avoid
"Volume increased → BUY." No.
Volume is not a buy/sell signal by itself. Combine it with:
▪️ Price Structure
▪️ Support/Resistance
▪️ Candlesticks
▪️ RSI
▪️ Higher Time Frame
Volume adds context!!
✅ 5 Questions for Your Next Chart
1. Is volume increasing with the move?
2. Is the breakout supported by volume?
3. Is the correction happening on lower volume?
4. Is volume confirming the trend?
5. Is a breakdown happening with strong participation?
