Everyone is busy trolling the #GDP numbers and the arrogance of #Leadership.
Is that one of the reasons behind #FII selling? Yes. Truly.
But the Third Eye asks one quiet question:
Has this changed the earnings of companies?
Noise moves prices.
Earnings move wealth.
And what comes next?
Sooner or later, the Government will have to cut taxes and sharpen policy to call FII money back home. Tides always return to the shore.
Until then, this weakness is a gift for the patient: a chance to accumulate quality businesses, one brick at a time, for wealth creation.
Only a Value Investor will understand this post.

Let's compare the previous up move in the IT index with the current RSI action. 👀
🔵 Then: In July, RSI crossed above its average line, retested it and held, and the index rallied to the 32,000 zone.
🟢 Now: RSI has given a beautiful crossover again, retested the average line to reconfirm its strength, and is now moving into bull territory, near RSI 60. 🐂
🎯 32,000 is the level to watch. We will review again once the index gets there.
📌 My view: I'm looking for the much-awaited breakout, but it won't happen overnight. ⏳

As discussed earlier, the surge in US bond yields has a FOMO feel to it, and I expect it to correct soon. 📉
US 10Y Yield (Daily)
Yield has stalled near the 5.3% zone. Price made higher highs but RSI made lower highs, a clear bearish divergence. ⚠️
DXY (Daily)
DXY is now sitting right at a classic trendline resistance. 🚧
Look at the RSI:
🟢 Earlier, RSI crossed above its average line from the lows, and price made a drastic up move.
🔴 Now we see the same crossover in reverse. RSI has come below its average line from the top.
I need not explain what that means. 😉
📌 My view: If yields cool off from here, DXY is likely to follow with a correction.
