If God is truly pleased with our rituals and devotion, then why do so many stampedes occur at religious gatherings? Perhaps the real question is not whether God is happy with our rituals, but why humans are willing to risk their lives to prove their faith. We created religion in the hope of finding salvation, yet sometimes lose our lives in its pursuit. What a paradox of humanity!
Humans created religion, and sometimes became the reason for their own deaths in its name.
What a paradox to create something for our salvation and turn it into a cause of our destruction.
Let us not question the existence of God, but if God truly exists and is compassionate, would visiting temples, attending religious gatherings, or even killing animals in the name of religion, whether in Hinduism, Christianity, or Islam, really make God happy? | 1 889 |
