Our summer camp is inspired by the talent development approaches of leading innovation nations such as Israel, Singapore, Finland, South Korea, and Estonia. It goes beyond formal education by focusing on practical skills, real-world challenges, and personal transformation. Participants engage in an intensive 13–18 hour daily program combining technical training, hands-on projects, physical fitness, leadership, teamwork, discipline, resilience, and self-development. This is not a traditional classroom environment where everything is provided; participants are expected to explore, learn independently, solve challenges, and discover solutions through a demanding and supportive environment.
