- Removing excuses from their lives.
If you have at least one excuse for not trying whether it be a slight illness or lack of personal space, you will delay the progress yourself.
Most of the young people I know are living in comfort, without even knowing that they will pay the price for not trying now in the form of never-ending struggles later
