The National Socialist Network will be fully disbanded before 11:59pm Sunday the 18th of January 2026. The disbandment includes not only the National Socialist Network, but its co-projects White Australia, the European Australian Movement and the White Australia Party. If the laws pass, there will no way to avoid the organisation being banned. The legislation allows the government to ban any organisation that has given Roman salutes in the past. The disbandment is being done before the laws take effect to avoid former members of the organisations from being arrested and charged. These are some of the most draconian laws the West has ever seen. In Australia, political freedom is effectively dead and buried. As you all may know, Joel Davis is being held in prison on minor misdemeanor charges and has been deprived of his Human Rights while incarcerated. He has been in 24 hour isolation, denied showers, phone calls, books and even the Bible. He has also been denied multiple meals since being relocated to a different jail. His only crime is political activism and according to the United Nations mandate, which Australia is part of, this is nothing more than torture. Terrorists are treated better.   I am not located in Australia so am unable to make complaints to the UN on behalf of someone in another country, but I encourage all Australians and other patriots to flood the inbox of these organizations and let them know what is happening.   There are a few organizations that supposedly help people who are suffering breaches of their human rights and more importantly, treatment that amounts to torture.   It doesn’t matter what the charges are, all prisoners are to be treated humanely according to the UN conventions.   UN Special Rapporteur on Torture via email (hrc-sr-torture@un.org) or mail, or report to Australia's Human Rights Commission and relevant oversight bodies (like the Commonwealth Ombudsman, IGIS for federal matters, or State bodies for prison issues) who can refer information to international mechanisms, as Australia is party to the Convention Against Torture (CAT).    Step by Step approach   . Gather Information:   Who: Name/details of victim and alleged perpetrator(s). What: Specific acts of torture (physical, psychological), injuries, methods. When/Where: Dates, times, locations (prison, police station). Why: Alleged purpose (e.g., confession, punishment). Evidence: Medical reports, photos, witness statements, official records.
