Policy & Impact: Dr. Bekzod Zakirov at ScholarConnect Research Webinars 📌 ScholarConnect’s Research Webinar Series features leading voices from academia and industry to help students explore how real-world research is done and where it can lead. 🏛 Dr. Bekzod Zakirov is the Director of the Center for Policy Research and Outreach at Westminster International University in Tashkent and a Ph.D. graduate in Public Policy from the University of Tokyo. 🌍 His research focuses on governance, sustainable development, and economic decision-making — with work experience across Central Asia, Japan, and Europe.
