🏫 Dr. Stephanie Jolliff is the Assistant Superintendent of Ridgemont Local Schools in Ohio and a nationally recognized educator, known for advancing innovation in rural education and student research.
🌟 Under her mentorship, Ridgemont FFA members have earned national recognition in FFA agriscience research contests—showcasing how high school research can compete and thrive on a national stage.
🎓 Dr. Jolliff has served as a teacher, principal, and advocate for agricultural and STEM education, with her leadership recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and the Ohio Department of Agriculture.
💡 In her session “Research at High School: Where Big Ideas Begin,” she will share:
• What research looks like in high school and how to get started
• How to choose a meaningful topic and develop research questions
• Why student-led research matters for college, careers, and community

🏛 Dr. Bekzod Zakirov is the Director of the Center for Policy Research and Outreach at Westminster International University in Tashkent and a Ph.D. graduate in Public Policy from the University of Tokyo.
🌍 His research focuses on governance, sustainable development, and economic decision-making — with work experience across Central Asia, Japan, and Europe. He has collaborated with institutions like George Washington University and Westminster University (UK).
🎓 With academic training in law and business from Nagoya University and the National University of Uzbekistan, Dr. Zakirov bridges global research with local policy impact.
