Last post of the year 😌 A few things I learned this year... ◇ Build connections - you never know where they’ll lead ◇ Use your network, Learn, collaborate, and create opportunities together ◇ Make the most of campus, Real projects and even unpaid experiences can prepare you for bigger opportunities ◇ Keep learning and stay curious ◇ Grades somehow matter, but in tech that matters the most is skills, projects and experience among all connection matters the most ◇ Meet people - you can learn something from everyone ◇ When stuck... pause, think clearly and decide based on reasons, not overthinking ◇ Enjoy life while building your future ◇ It’s never too late to start again... Just start and trust the process And above all...trust God... when things work out say “Thank God” When they don’t, trust that He may be protecting you from what you can’t see. Sooo damn... the year is almost over… and wow what a crazy year 😂 Looking back...I actually did a lot... • Finished my 4th year • Worked as a Scrum Master & DevOps learning from real teams and projects • Worked on 3 major real-world projects across frontend, backend, DevOps & security including one tested by INSA • Got to work on a production-level product with an amazing team • Attended so many tech events 😊 • Started learning Quantum Computing and finished my first course There were definitely crazy days when I questioned everything but... Thank God no day lasts forever 😂 This is just a reminder to myself... I did well this year... I learned, built, failed, tried again and kept moving :) Now, let’s see what the next version of me can do 🙌 With God’s will we’ll make the most of the coming year 🤍 #Leaving2018behind

Let’s Make Their New Year Brighter Every September, I raise funds to support children who struggle to afford basic educational needs. This year, we’re taking it further by supporting Zewditu Orphanage Center, which I had the chance to visit a few months ago. They’re well cared for, but holidays are still difficult. especially when it comes to making the kids feel happy and celebrated. So, throughout Pagume, let’s give what we can. 80 birr can feed one child for a day. But even 10 birr matters. Let’s put a smile on a child’s face this New Year. Let humanity be our New Year’s gift. 🌱 A tree has to grow in two directions at the same time Downward, it grows roots Upward, it grows branches And here's the beautiful part... The roots grow in the dark through dirt, resistance, pressure and uncertainty tho...the branches grow toward the light where everyone can finally see the result Nobody celebrates the roots Nobody sees how hard they had to push through the ground But without them there is no tree Maybe life works the same way. The work we're doing quietly The nights we're struggling through The skills we're building when nobody notices The failures, sacrifices, and uncomfortable seasons we're going through...that's our root system And one day, the part everyone sees the success, the growth, the opportunities will only be possible because of everything we built when no one was watching So don't be discouraged by the season you're in We might not be stuck We might just be growing roots 🤍 Keep going :)

If anyone is interested in applying for a scholarship to study at a Russian university this is a really good option based on the research I did about it a year ago... The process is somewhat long...but if you’re patient enough to wait and go through all the steps, the chances of getting accepted are quite good...I’d definitely recommend giving it a try

Don’t judge a book by its cover you never really know what’s inside, we’re all fighting our own battles and sometimes, all we need is a little understanding, kindness and rest.

So...me, Meti, and Yeab had the opportunity to teach Introduction to Python to freshmen and high school girls at Pitron Tech ...after a two-week bootcamp, they finally graduated...it was honestly amazing to watch them learn, grow, and develop their own projects from scratch One thing I realized throughout this experience is that we actually learn so much more when we teach others :) Proud of how far they’ve come, and grateful to have been part of their journey 🤍 #bootcamp

I wanted to ask you all about an app that a team is planning to develop, especially since it could be useful given the current situation in the country... The idea is to create an app where people can report harassment and other harmful incidents happening in different places, what features would you all expect to see in an app like this? Any ideas or suggestions would be really appreciated
