| 9 | On the afternoon of August 28, 2026, at the International Campus of the National University of Management, Assistant Professor Siem Monileak, Dean of the Faculty of Digital Economy; Associate Professor Nop Kanharith, Vice-Dean of the School of Graduate Studies and Director of the School of Public Policy, Dr. Che Phal, faculty member of the School of Graduate Studies and Dr. Pan Sophearith, Director of the Cambodian Center for International Law, received a courtesy visit from delegates from Tohoku University, Japan. The delegation included undergraduate and graduate students and was led by Professor Yuki Watanabe, Deputy Director of the Global Learning Center, Graduate School of Education, and Associate Professor Jing Liu from Tohoku University. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the internationalization of higher education in Cambodia, with a specific focus on the International Campus of the National University of Management. During the meeting, students presented their work to the GEDSI Consortium, represented by Ms. Pharozin Pheng, Program Manager at Women Peace Makers (WPM), and Mr. Mean Vibolratanak, Project Coordinator / Senior Project Officer at the Cambodian Disabled Peopleβs Organisation (CDPO).
