A preposition is a word that shows the relationship between a noun or pronoun and another word in the sentence. It usually tells you where, when, or how something happens. Types of Prepositions: 1. Prepositions of Place (di mana?) - in: The books are in the bag. - on: The phone is on the table. - under: The cat is under the bed. 2. Prepositions of Time (bila?) - at: She arrives at 7 p.m. - on: We met on Monday. - in: He was born in August. 3. Prepositions of Direction/Movement (ke mana?) - into: She walked into the room. - onto: The ball rolled onto the road. - towards: He ran towards the car. 4. Prepositions of Cause, Reason or Purpose - because of: The game was cancelled because of the rain. - due to: He was late due to traffic. 5. Prepositions of Manner - by: She travelled by car. - with: He wrote the letter with a pen.
