sounds great but if you think about it more you have to make some very shaky assumptions:
timing - this plan degrades your healthspan in 30s-40s, betting that the tech beats the damage on this end. if your EV is 10-15 years late, you canot reverse back a decade of cortisol/sleep debt/peptides. you can just suddenly have cancer diagnosis when you are 40 and just blow up.
lifemax later - treats your health like a financial portfolio that we can rebalance. our health and time in life is something we cannot buy back or compound back (which is why some go the other route and say YOLO. do it when you are young - both are selling their health forward - one for capital, the other for hedonistic pleasure)
what is your end goal - you put so much into something that you think will bring you what you want, only to realise at the end of the rainbow it is vapor. few on their deathbed will be thinking about how much they’ve earned, but the relationships and regrets that they’ve failed to carry

tldr; work hard NOW and forsake your health to get into the top 1%, because when you're eventually there you WILL have access to longevity

Rewatching ‘The Good Place’ and S3E12 has a really beautiful dialogue toward the end:
Janet: If there were an answer I could give you to how the universe works, it wouldn’t be special. It would just be machinery fulfilling its cosmic design. It would just be big dumb food processor. But, since nothing seems to make sense, when you find something or someone that does, it’s euphoria. In all this randomness, in this pandemonium, you and Chidi found each other and you had a life together. Isn’t that remarkable? Eleanor: I guess all I can do is embrace the pandemonium. Find happiness in the unique insanity of being here now.

Leonardo da Vinci's great quote
Iron rusts from disuse... inaction sap the vigor of the mind... Anything less is a sin against both God and man.
