Gov Sources: On the evening of 15 September, a Pakistan Naval Ship closed a frontline Indian Naval warship on a routine surveillance mission in the North Arabian Sea at high speed, manoeuvring in a unprofessional & unsafe manner. This lead to a collision. No damage has been reported.

Local sources report armed NSCN(IM) cadres attacked Leisang Village at the Jiribam-Tamenglong boundary around 1530 hrs today.
