On normal maps, every place is just a generic name. They don't capture what it actually felt like to be there.
So I built GeoQuest — a map that turns real-world exploration into a game. 🎮🗺️
🌫️ Fog of War Map — The map is covered in fog, and it reveals itself as you physically explore the real world.
🔓 Unlock Locations — You can only unlock a place by actually going there.
📍 Make Places Yours — Give locations your own name, description, and photos.
💬 Leave Notes — Comment on spots or routes and see what others have shared.
📊 Track Your Exploration — See how much of a city you've actually explored.
The idea is simple:
Your map should remember the places you've experienced — not just show you where they are.
