Im trying to be the man I want to see when I look in the mirror, the man who deserves to stand by your side and make you feel loved the way you should. Little by little, im learning to keep my ego in check, improve my manner, and choose my words carefully when things get tough. I do all this because you mean so much to me. I want to be a place of calm for you, a man you can trust no matter what you do, a man capable of loving you with sincere devotion. Its just that there are times when I ask myself, whats the point of me continuing to try to be better if all these changes seem so insignificant in your eyes? I dont need praise for everything I do, I just want to feel, every now and then that my efforts reach you.
