Finally made it to New York. The city never sleeps, and somehow neither do I. Before heading to Thailand with the Faketax family, I found myself scrolling through our messages again. One photo of my Josephine tucked in my hand and one text from her saying, “can't wait bebe, please go and come home quickly, i missed you sooo much” Suddenly, The countdown to Thailand has officially begun with my people, yet a part of me is already counting the days until I can see her again.
