2	IMPORTANT UPDATE FROM CRYPTO VENTURES IN KANNADA Hey everyone, I started this journey with a simple dream to build a clean and helpful crypto community in Kannada. No fake promotions. No paid shills. No betting apps. Just free airdrops where your time and effort could bring you value not your money. Throughout this journey, I received both love and hate. But recently, things have gone beyond just criticism it turned into trolling, harassment, fake narratives etc. I stayed silent for a long time, but now it's starting to affect my mental peace and passion. That’s why I’ve decided to step away from Kannada content creation for now. There will be no more posts, no more videos from me in Kannada going forward. At one point, I had planned to move from airdrop-based content to deeper crypto education, and launch videos on YouTube and other social platforms. But now, I feel there’s no strong reason to start that idea anymore. Maybe my content will continue in some other channel. 🙏 If I’ve made any mistakes in the past year — knowingly or unknowingly I apologise. And if any of you learned even a little about crypto through my efforts, I’m grateful for that. This doesn’t mean I failed it just means I choose to protect my peace now. That an FIR be registered and action initiated under the following relevant sections: - IPC Section 506 – Criminal intimidation (for issuing threats) - IPC Section 499 – Defamation (for false and damaging statements) - IPC Section 294 – Obscene acts and words in public (for vulgar language) - IPC Section 354D – Online stalking and harassment - Section 67 of the IT Act, 2000 – Publishing or transmitting obscene material in electronic form (Note: Section 66A of the IT Act has been struck down by the Supreme Court in 2015. It should NOT be included.) 2. That the accused, Mr. Preetham, be legally directed to submit a public apology in video format, with a statement that: > “I, Preetham, sincerely apologise to the Crypto Ventures Kannada channel, and to Shashi sir and his family, for the verbal abuse, public defamation, and false allegations made against them. I accept full responsibility for my actions and I confirm that I will no longer interfere in any groups, channels, or projects associated with Shashi sir.” This video should be posted in the same group/platform where the abusive messages were originally sent. 3. That the accused be legally warned and restricted from any future contact, online or offline, with the complainant or any of his official groups and projects. 4. That police monitor his behaviour and prevent him or any accomplices from continuing online harassment or influencing the complainant’s reputation in future Web3 or crypto projects.	214
